It says my email is already registered. What do I do? I only have one email. Then it tells me invalid credentials. I can't seem to get any help. My sister calls the store County Ripoff. Prices have always been too high, before all the covid, war,and other stuff. Other stores just use your card to give you the discounts.
Signed up per directions and cannot log in
Froze the first time trying to open the digital coupon section. Now it tells me that my Max Card I have used for years is suddenly an invalid number. Checked account and number was correct. Reentered Max Card number several times, but it still tells me it's invalid, so I can't add any digital coupons. Only loaded the app because the website triggered a security warning today due to an invalid security certificate. Two strikes and I'm out any digital coupons due to County Market's IT issues.
The. Worst. App. Ever. Don't waste your time or space on your phone for this worthless and moronic excuse for an app. You can clip all the coupons you want. They will never appear at checkout. Even the employees roll their eyes on how to work this app. You will just end up going to the Service Desk and they will manually give you your coupons. No excuse for an app like this!!! Total time waster!!
Wouldn't recommend to anyone really. App kept freezing and would have to be restarted several times just to get it to load. Wouldn't register my Max card and the coupon feature was buggy at best.
More than half the items listed in this app are not available at my local store. Also, no location information is provided for any product. Basically this app is just a random list of products--completely worthless!

Love all the sales, Penny Pincher ads, and the items that County Mkt has on hand. Store is ways clean, well stocked and when you are looking for a product that they don't carry, they are glad to order it for you. Great, up to date website that is easy to maneuver with... Josh, staff and employees are great people who are always willing to help you with whatever you need...
This app is not good I created an acct. online and when I try to log in on the app it tells me wrong credentials. I have reseted my password 4x and it still says the samething.
It's a little frustrating to navigate and alot of times it wont show pictures of the products just a weird short description of it and you have no idea what it is.
I've been trying to update for 6 weeks and app will not update so I can not use it. Please fix this mess!! Last time it would not update, I had to close the account then open a new one. That's ridiculous.
Has wonderful variety of food. Their deli is wonderful. They have wonderful quality of meat. They sometimes don't carry everything in the ad because it is a small campus stor
Hard to find how to select groceries. Then having to change each group of products is a pain ! You lose a customer or two if the think they dont want a certain group & ignore it and find later that they needed it
Not functional. Coupons don't redeem like they should, not easy to clip coupons. Very frustrating app. Uninstalled.
Horrible app! can't even see weekly sales flyer or search for items. Basically only good for the digital max card.
Always locks up, when does work it is slow to clip. More hassle then help most times.
the ONLY APP that gives me problems. does not relate well with Ibotta, crashes and does not work well even when on County Market Wi-Fi😕
App needs work, this app is hard to navigate and sometimes just plain frustrating. The developers should take a look at Kroger's app.
It's getting better. The old app would shut off while shopping & not let me back on. This one doesn't. Good.
My local store in Gary IN sends emails to install this app for $5 savings plus personalized coupons. You do not even list this store. 😱😨😣

Coupons didn't translate well, cheaper to shop somewhere that doesn't charge, and use crappy coupons to draw you in.
