Simply frustrating using this app. I was prompted repeatedly to update to new version however it failed even though after I have uninstalled it; part of the screen truncated and I could not complete my cpf refund transaction despite trying several times.
Able to access last time but failed to open the CPFmobile app. recently. Uninstalled and reload again . Always show vulnerability detected.Applicatoon tampering. Close the app.. pls advice.
No option to do self employed CPF contribution through the app. If this feature is updated it will be very helpful. So for this I still need to use the web version
Recent app version is throwing error "Application Tampering". Even though CPF team responded to one of the comments that we need Android 12. But Release Note says 7 and above. Definitely it shouldn't be 12.
After updated I can not access anymore, it keep asking me to update to a new version but there is no update available. Pls look into it. Thank you.
App works before on my phone. Now it says Application Tampering detected and needs to close. Worse detection ever even though I didn't do anything to the app.
I was warned of application tampering, and app was automatically closed after I updated it today.
Problem after last update, shows vulnerable and auto close. Android version 7.1.1 nougat nmf26f
After perform update, unable to access. It prompted msg "Vulnerability detected: .... ended with msg Application Tampering".
Dialogue box to update app but when click update bring me to play store to open app but went back to same dialogue box.....what's this?? However, so far so when use app.

Before using okay after the upgrading very bad can open the cpf apps
App forcefully close after open, citing error "application tampering".
App is working fine. But it's missing the function to access My MailBox so that we can receive direct communication from CPF Board
App works well. Just right with the info a d functionality. Today the app says 2.3.0 is available. But Play Store says Open app instead of update. Going in loops lah
Press update but it keeps on going back to page asking me to update. It doesn't work!

Kept prompting me to update but when I hit update button it keeps prompting me again
Open the app, ask me update to 1.17.0, but play store only unistall and open options. The issue still persist after uninstalling and installing again. --------------------------------- The issue was resolved after restarting phone. It is not app issue, thank you!
Not sure what is wrong but currently I can't even login with SingPass as it is stuck for very long at a loading screen
Keep "hanging" and totally jammed when trying to scroll up/down to look at the breakthrough of the housing loan.
Using Samsung, Android Ver11. So far so good. Prompted for an update when accessing the app. After update, able to login using the Singpass QR. No further adjustment of font size required. Please continue to do the necessary updates to enhance the UI with more helpful features.
(Edited) Ia able to go in via Face detection, but need a few tries before it is a success. The screen would show 'Get ready' and freeze and there would be no flashing screen.

App doesn't allow me to use until I update to latest version. But google store only has the "open" button and no "update". Equals to app that is useless and cannot be used. At least for now. Edit: now it is fine. But I don't think it should ever be the case that the app needs to be updated to be used. The old version should be usable for at least a year or so. I would consider this as an essential service like banking. So, developers need to keep that in mind.
Impressed with the app, but what it lacks is the ability to retrieve the yearly statement of accounts. Calculator are also limited as it does not include the CPF life calculator. Wish that it could be more interactive too.
Very easy to use. Hope you can add in things like medisave cappings or amount required for retirement. I hope you can share your app design to HDB as well. Thanks.
