Absolutely hate the service and the customer care. O/5. For 68 a month it's not a service worth getting. It's very inconsistent. I have to airplane mode to get it to work when it's lagging. And that's an improvement from turning my data on and off. Or even restarting my phone. So I guess that's an improvement. If you're lucky to get support about payment issues or service. GOOD LUCK. They do not care about their customers or trying to make anything right. Trying to post it made my phone freeze!!

Every aspect of cricket is useless. Ive been contacting "customer service" many times at least 6 times in 4 months, but I never have any of my issues fixed. I can't make or receive calls without them dropping, my text messages are hit or miss, sometimes they'll work but not reliable and the internet is 100% useless, as soon as I open a page it closes the app. I'm not going to waste my time and contact cricket through FB or Twitter, it's not something that could be fixed quick. Terrible service!

Clean, solid app. Does almost everything I need. Would make it 5 stars if account members could each have a separate login to the app. **Update** App is getting worse. Constantly says "unable to connect to servers" and "temporarily unavailable" across the top. Unable to view an actual SUMMARY of the total account. All I can see at one time is one line and its various features and charges. Nowhere is there a full view and total tally of all charges together. Y'know, like a SUMMARY.

2 times this year I have been away from home and needed to make changes to my account and had to use my data plan to download the update becauseI couldn'tmake changeswithou the update. Once, it wouldn't let me download the app to increase my data allowance because I was at the end of my available data. The second time, I was trying to switch to a plan that included the hotspot and it required me to update the app again but the plan change failed about 20 times! I spent 2h to change my plan.

App is glitchy. Wouldn't accept my password until I intentionally entered the wrong one, then resubmitted with the right one. Couldn't update my plan for an additional feature because it claims there's something incorrect in my payment information, but it's the same information that works just fine for their auto draft payments and it's already stored in the app.

I have a pending issue with this app not working . I have uninstalled it and updated it but it crashes each time still. I just called customer care but the man told me that this issue is out of his reach. I manage my account only through the app on my phone and not it's just not working. Any help please. I had the option to send feedback when the app crashed. It's just not doing anything at all

You cannot count on the app to work. I have uninstalled and installed over and over again and no matter how many times I enter my user name and password, it keeps saying download update and doesn't let me in. There is no update. I have to log in on my computer with the exact same credentials just to get access. Fix the app!

Horrible app! I've had the worst luck with this app. It's frustrating! Every time I try to log in I get a message saying that I need an updated version of the app. Well I ALREADY have the updated version. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and I still get the same red banner along the top saying I need an updated version! Ugh! I may just uninstall the app for good and change services. Customers shouldn't have to go through so much frustration while trying to use this app. FIX IT!

This app is the worst! I can't even open the app to see what "changes" were made to my account that weren't by my hand. The app crashes before I'm able to sign in. Or when I can get to the log in page I get the red bar up top after putting in my password saying something about an error. Some apps don't even deserve 1 star and this be one of them.

Horrible customer service!! It's like no one can help with anything on a customer service phone call and there's never a real supervisor around. It's like all they can do is just take calls and that's it but never really help the customer. I've been having problems with Cricket wireless for the last 2 to 3 months and have been given the runaround and I'm ready to change phone companies.

Currently I can't even open the app because it keeps consistently crashing and cancelling itself. I get notifications that the app has crashed and I'm not even trying to open it. Now I can't even change my card to be able to pay my bill because autopay is set to a card that doesn't have enough on it. And all because I haven't been able to open the app for 2 weeks. I've sent a notification everytime it's asked about the app not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well

I've been unable to use the Cricket app or the website to pay my bill for a year. These are the only ways you can pay your bill without having to pay an additional fee, which in itself is wrong. I've called multiple times to resolve this issue to no avail. So, I am FORCED to go to the store or call customer svc to pay my bill and am charged the extra fee! Seems to me Cricket would be more concerned about this and do something to retain their customers.

Honestly, first time ever using this app and it is absolute trash. Everything I actually need help with is inaccessible, or the solution just outright does not exist. Someone set up my voicemail code, and now I can't reset it. It resets the mainline after we specifically do my phone number? This company has gone downhill quick. I would not recommend this to ANYBODY. Seriously, find yourself a better service. Cricket is not worth this frustration and constant ignorance.

About a month ago I got a phone and service from cricket. I'm having problems with the myCricket app. Lol I'm sure that is the one that should work. It keeps disappearing when I try to put in my account info and redirecting to web. I was able to log in thru web service. My Cricket Icon3 keeps freezing when I use the touchscreen but the buttons work. I have to close it and bring it back to move forward. What should I do. No booklet in the phone box to help so can I get help.

Service is spotty at best! I had cricket for a few years&the service was decent. Now, the service is not the best. Even when I have full bars, the phone has a hard time connecting to sites. The hotspot doesn't stay connected&that's if it manages to connect in the first place. I have had this phone for less than a year& I am not impressed. I have done every update, so that it not the issue. I clean cookies& cache often, so no one can say that is the issue.

Have to pay extra at least 5 extra for 5 seconds of being late. I didn't get a warning before my plan charged me more than said 60$. My plan is 60$ but I have to pay68$ for some unknown reason. Don't get service in the middle of the city. Terrible phone service. I'm going back to#BoostMobile for sure. Had no problems with payments or service except in the middle of nowhere. Not to mention I ask a real person for help and they can't help me with my problems because it's simply "just the service".

I have tried multiple times to log in and pay my bill but all I keep getting is "oh no something went wrong please update to the latest version of the app" I have already done that.... I mean that is ridiculous to keep having to do that.... If they didn't do any extra charge to pay in the store I would do that. Ugh... I have tried several times to open the app to pay my bill and it won't open and there is no update needed.

I had alot of issues with the app. When it works it is great except the Hot spot add on is confusing at first they should make it easier to add hot spot. The other is constant connection issues with the app. The cricket app is the only app I have this problem with. I also had to remove the app and re-download it due the problems I keep having with it. Definitely needs fixed.

I have auto pay which works great. But the app is horrible. I have checked for updates for the phone and for the app, there are none. The app doesn't allow me to pay for extra hot spot. It tells me my card# is incorrect EVERY TIME for the last 3 months. Even though it's the same card for auto pay which goes through every month. Also for the last week the app says " something went wrong, try again later". Every time I try to sign in. I have Uninstalled and reinstall 3 times. No luck. 😭

Get error messages and can't complete what you're trying to do. Happened on several occasions . Recently tried to upgrade my plan and kept getting an error message saying my credit card information was incorrect. This is the same card Cricket uses for my monthly auto pay and there's no issue then. I reentered the card info and still got an error message.

If i could give negative stars i would. I haven't been able to pay or setup auto pay for almost a year now and have updated it everytime there is one but all i get us that "my cricket is temp down" this is redicuous and it needs to be fixed. Edit: Still horrble service and you can't call them. It Will just end each time you try talking to a rep. Worst service I've ever had with any phone carrier 10 out of 10 would never recomend

I've been a Cricket customer for years & I've always used the app to pay my bill. Suddenly several months ago it will no longer connect. I've uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times as well as tried every other suggestion made to me to no avail. VERY disappointed & upset that I now have to find other ways (most of which are inconvenient) to pay my bill. Fix your $h!tty app, Cricket!!!!

This is my third time bk with cricket .I've never had issues before.This third time around the service is not as good .My internet is always slow.I don't receive text when family and friends are trying to reach me .The app I like with playing games and points go twords your bill that's helpful .I'm still happy with cricket wireless and the cricket app.Just needs a few adjustments some fixing.

The app is having issues with loading. It lets me login and then cycles continuously without ever loading it needs to be fixed. Alot of us depend on this app for paying our cell phone bill...... 05/14/22 This issue is STILL not resolved. In fact it's gotten WORSE. I refuse to pay extra in store or over the phone because you refuse to update and fix your software.

I've been with Cricket for a long while now. This phone that I bought has a lot of issues. The main one is that it's a 5g but it has a habit of going 4g and slowing down. I have to restart it three times or more a day just to get the 5g. I'm supposed to have unlimited data but that seems to be gone to. It's taking forever to download anything now.
