My client tell me often that they wish they could have the option to say if they are unable to make the appointment. With this app, their only choice is to confirm yes to the appointment. I wish there was a way to set what time messages go out. My clients receive them late into the evening, which feels very unprofessional. I would also like to be able to quickly reference when a client was in last. Other than that, I love this app.
I have used several appointment book apps & this is not only the cheapest but super easy to use. My clients love the conformation text they get & reminder text. Would love for my client to be able to make their own appointments, but no complaints so far!!!
I am a older stylist and was really scared to try something like this (I've been a week at a glance appointment book girl for 48 years) but it has been so easy with this program and the support has been wonderful and immediate. I've only been using it one week now, and I can't say enough good things about this program !! If I can do it so can you !
Good Value. Quick and easy to use. I've only just begun to use the reminder facility but clients really like it. I only gave 4 stars as I would like to be able to record product use by dates but for the price its a spot -on handy little App. Thank you x
start to give problems now as i renewed my app, and its very dissapointing as i have to so called go back to internet history and repurchased the same problem as i couldnt save the customers schedule due to some pop ups by the mycutsapp. i suppose theres some troubleshooting of it to save my purchased.
This app is amazing it does as much as you needed to. With any questions you email them they email you back within 12 to 24 hours. I have used it for quite a few years and have been very very satisfied
Easy to use, but wish when the appointments were completed that they changed color. Like a grey or other color
This is the best, ie user-friendly booking app I've tried .I'm currently using the free version and prefer the web based desktop version to the mobile app but it keeps giving me error when I try to log in on my Mac
Great app! A must have for a hairstylist. Always have your book with you so you never double book yourself.
How can i delete / deactivate this account? I sent 2 emails and got no response. However, you did respond to my initial email concerning working the app. I will report this app to the BBB if necessary.

Not only is the App AMAZING and so easy to navigate. They actually emailed me to see if everything was Ok, since I had not had a chance to put the app to use. At first, like most would, I thought it was just an automated email. Nope. To my pleasant surprise the response was specific to the details I had mentioned. Not often do you get a company who actually values their customers enough to not use Automated emails when communicating. Highly recommend!
