Have to login multiple times, half the time it dosnt let you log in, and when you pay your bill? It takes you to website, not really sure what the point is the app is if you always have to go online to do anything.
I like it. It gives me some information regarding outages that I typically do not have. I have not signed in yet to use the other tools that are included.
Not getting notification when power is restored
It won't even download and with this being the only way to get updates and im without power
Installed the app today, it will not take my account information.

Ust installed. Easy and fast to accomplish. Accurate, reporting a power outage now which is correct.
I've already logged an outage and it was simple as can be. Love that you can have multiple accounts (which I do), and can select them to do the various functions in the app. The outrage map is very fast and easy to read. Thanks CVEC for giving us such a cool tool!
More than half the time my acct never shows up so the app is useless. When it does work - it's great!
It use to work all the time and now says it doesn't support it. There are no new updates for it. And it erased all my account info due to it not working. When it worked it was great!

Eh, It's good for seeing outages but you can't ACTUALLY sign in to manage your account. If you go to the Payments tab it asks you to sign in, clicking sign in opens your web browser... I can open a web browser, and I can access the outage info through the browser too....
