I'm a long time Dart passenger, seen many changes and improvements in my lifetime. I love this app. Delays and detour details are frequently updated and I really enjoy the Next Bus option providing on-time arrivals to nearby stops. Better than using the text option. Provides information quickly and accurately.

Seriously one of the best apps for any transit I have witnessed. Compared to Connecticut (SEAT bus) and everywhere else, this is how buses should be. You can look up your trip from your current location, it will GPS you to the proper bus stop, you can even watch the buses drive around on the app. You can buy tickets via your phone and even pay with your app. Hands down a must have if you're car less in the Des Moines area.

Storage options do not work as stated. Passes stored in Cloud are not accessible on other devices. I just got a new phone and the pass stored in the Cloud says "Saved Elsewhere" and doesn't show up at all in storage settings. My friend who had his pass stored on his device also couldn't access his without a connection to wifi without service on his phone. This is a serious inconvenience especially when DART is closed and we have church at 9AM in the morning. Please fix or stop false advertising.

For most part....service is pretty consistent. The app helps alot for me to see when next bus is due at stop and plan accordingly. Customer service is generally pretty good! Most of the time they will help you with any issues if they can.

I have a very long daily commute to where I work, so it's always imperative that I am able to get there every day at the same time. I have a bus stop right outside of my apartment, but that bus is always late and I can never get to work on time because if it. I have to leave at 5:45 AM most of the time to get on a bus that gets me there on time. The thing that I actually love about this app is the ability to buy my bus tickets whenever I want, wherever I want as long as I am using my mobile data or Wi-Fi. I do wish I wouldn't have to use my data all the time though. The newest update has added a much needed way to check the arrival of the buses that pass the stop you are near. It's been improving, but I wish they would do more to help.

Some changes kill convenience by no longer allowing passes/tickets stored on device to be loaded while offline. I used to be able to load my device stored pass without having an internet connection. I want this feature restored !!!

It's a great app, helps keep me from freezing when I can see where the bus is in real time. Checking different routes and bus times makes using dart much easier.

It's very complicated mapping or route navigating like selecting a trip it should give you step by step direction like Google maps does.

I'm lucky to have found this app as people usually don't use it. This app has saved my worry about making payments on the bus because I can just buy the ticket with my debit card and then buy the ticket I need. I can scan the ticket on the machine in the bus.

I find the information helpful for planning, etc. When I take the bus, the app is wonderful and easy to navigate through. Thumbs up on this. Thank you.

The new updated trip planner is really good and has real time trip alerts! I also like the next Bus feature it works like a charm and shows me the departure time information.

Great app. It's up to date with times and gives all the info you need. I'm a beginner at riding dart and it's been easy to navigate.

Very handy app. Convenient real-time bus location, digital bus passes that start time begins upon first use, route maps, route schedules, trip planner, etc...... It works for me.

Works very well. Buy and keep tickets and see where buses are and when they will arrive at stops on map.

Great way to utilize and get the most out of your local transportation system. Wish I would've downloaded this app earlier.

Makes easier to plan trip. Like being able to use text at bus stop also

This app is essential for any commute, and I venture off all alone and on some bus but not the right bus.

The mobile app is handy to use everyday. Keeps your bus pass all in one place. Is ts just so convenient.👍👍

I use it to buy tickets and revert to google maps for real time directions navigating the DART... not sure why but I like Google maps better

So the live bus map is incredibly wrong. You would think that the gps tracking would be more accurate..

Need to be simpler read and understand everyone doesn't read or spell at same level there children ride to school and older adults with bad eye site.

Magnificent the drivers are all great and and getting around the city city is very nice

Website is not updated, since Jan dose not show the real arrive and depart routes correctly, I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same wrong route times.

I love the app it's much faster and easy to learn.

Hasn't worked in weeks. Just crashes on opening. Please fix.

Great, but every time you open it you get an error message saying you're not authorized to do this. Not sure what this is.

The Dart bus diver was VERY rude! He even started driving before I had time to sit down (making me fall)!

I am a US Marine Corps veteran and I am thankful that Dart has granted me the privilege of using their bus services free of charge. They get me to work on time week-in and week-out. Plus their new electric buses are pretty smooth to ride in and never smell like diesel
