Very misleading and frustrating. I am required to use it for a class. There is no key/ guide for knowing what the tools are or what they do. You have to watch drawn out video tutorials to try to figure out the basic functions. Unfortunately, the tutorials are 6 years old and the app interface no longer looks the same. Some tutorials instruct one to access features from a "player" module, which is non-existent. I have wasted so much time trying to figure out this software.
Dartfish isn't very user friendly, and the features aren't all that impressive. I feel like I could do the same job with a good smartphone and not have to pay for their subscription. Also, I found their customer service to not be that great. I had an issue with billing and they wouldn't work for me. Overall, their product is underwhelming, and their support is down there with it. I would look elsewhere if you want a full suite of tools to analyze exercise and movement.
I'm happy with this in my short time of using it so far. I'd like to be able to just take a picture vs having to take a video of 1 position and doing a snapshot to be able to add markings, which is what I'm doing now. Also, I'd like to see an encryption feature added to 'my collections' so there is more security.
free trial was great, but when purchasing the dart mobile can no longer synchronize my videos. have reinstalled and still nothing. once i record a video it does not save or synchronize. what did i pay 60 dollars for!!!
App keeps closing. Some sort of error. Not easy to use and overall disappointing. So much potential.

Hard to use
Features are available for free elsewhere and many of the free softwares have more useable features. So underwhelming!!
It would be even better if the app allowed editing event tags, start time and duration. Editing time is possible in the iOS version so that should be made possible here

Split screen mode doesn't work on Android or PC. But you have to purchase and download before you find this out! Awful marketing...
Horrific experience trying to unsubscribe from the trial, primitive features at best for the state of video/image processing, poorly implemented cloud storage solution.
This is NOT a trial version. It wants your credit card info and forces you to sign a contract to pay fees if you do not remember to cancel in 15 days. This is dishonest and sleezy marketing. Uninstalled b4 trying. I will support some other honest company.
I understand that some programs use cloud services. However, it is unreasonable to expect a user to create an account on providers site just to try what this program is. What if I do not want to share my information until at least I decide I want to use specifically this program going Forward? The alternative option is to sigh up with Facebook which many grown ups dislike and do not use. So, I had no readily available option to even try the program,

Unable to try, refused account creation. Just kept returning me to web site, asking me to create account.
Can't wait for the 7 dollar iOS version to be available on Android. So all my students can have a try.
Exactly what I need and I don't mind the subscription . I like the fact you can send the link to the cloud to a recipient and they can watch or download their video even have the ablity to use the tools to slow it down and analyze it .Support is top knotch I recently had an issue with my videos not playing and they resolved it after a few hours which is better than a few day !
