I had been using this app sparingly to buy hair and skincare products. Until today when my mother needed some prescription medication. We went to several chemists/ pharmacies but couldn't find it. So i decided to use My Dawa to check if they had it. I had never bought actual meds but they were very helpful on the customer line and the prescription was accepted in a couple of minutes. A little over an One hour later, the meds were at the doorstep. Great job guys! My mum was so impressed.
I would really appreciate if you design a night mode feature for easier access during the night.the App is too bright!
My experience was exceptional... The app is easy to use... My product was delivered in like 3 hours... The driver was excellent.... I mean Thank You My Dawa... I don't have to look for pharmacies anymore.... 😍😍😍
It used to be a nice seamless app but nowadays i don't know what happened,the wishlist doesn't even work it keeps on saying items are loading the app is just faulty
I don't know what's wrong with the app in my phone... I can't login nor register... It loads like forever.. I was looking forward to a nice experience but I just don't like it anymore
It's very hectic...app keeps telling me the is no delivery for this location and still can't provide a pick up location very disappointing
you should check the option birth date entry. it is very time consuming. you can only skip month by month. I wonder who is such funny programmer ?!?
The upgraded version seems like a journey to the chemist. Very long. Lets have years arranged in a 'drop' design where one can highlight and fill up his details easily. Its quite a task scrolling back to the sixties. The older app which i have for a year has been friendlier. Sadly i am unfortunetly unable to make any order for a whole week.
Very poor customer service. After paying for my goods and the shipment charge I'm still waiting on the rider who has been enroute for 72 hours. I'm now waiting for my refund 😒
I install and Uninstall but I haven't been able to use this app since 2019. Nothing loads, not the searches, not even my attempts to log in to my account. Great concept, horrible app. (Edit) So I seem to have figured out where the problem is: I can use the app but only on WiFi. Note that my mobile data is strong and I use it on everything else. I hope this helps the developer.
The best download I've never made. On time delivery, great packing, great customer service, great discounts, honestly am hooked, as long as what I want is in this app am buying from them. Please work on restocking most of your products, I hate having to buy elsewhere. Very convenient and efficient 👌👌

When this app works it works well even with the glitches. but when it fails to work, it completely fails. there really is no in between with this app and it's fast becoming frustrating. like all day today it's loading but not opening at all.
The experience on the new app is not very satisfying. There seems to be a shortage on all things especially for baby and mother care. Plus the app simply won't open on an airtel network. Only Safaricom works. That's extremely limiting.
Still some teething problems with the app however the service is top notch. I've made several orders and I've never had any disappointments. I love the way the company's employees go above and beyond to ensure you get your order just right. Keep working on the app, you will straighten everything out eventually.
Hours after ordering and paying for my goods, still didn't receive confirmation of the same on the app, on email or text. Called customer service several times and still didn't get any help. No refund and no goods received. Kindly look into this.
The app is great just 2 minor issues, When verifying email I've always got a response that says invalid token after clicking the link on email When setting my birth date , I have to scroll way way back on the calender pop up, it would be easier to type in the date
Gone back to 2 stars. The new version is just too much work! Prompts you to update the app almost everytime you need to order something. And now I can't access the shopping cart..keeps telling me No valid cart found . Can't even load items on the cart.
The app keeps crashing especially when using the search engine. Been trying to order stuff for two days. Might decide to use a physical store instead. Its very frustrating.
I have used My Dawa for a while now. However, how they deal with software errors on their part leaves one with a bitter taste in the mouth. I placed an order 2 days ago and paid for it. It did not reflect on their end, but we sorted it out with Customer Care. Plans made for next day delivery as the item was seen to be out of stock. Since then I have gotten different people saying the order does not reflect and going round in circles. I have requested for a refund, nothing coming.
They are the best and they are much cheaper and they even introduce the rider introduces himself when he call the client
This app is too hard to handle... first it was a challenge of creating an account , now I find it even harder to order something. I write yu a prescription and yu told me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes buh till now, no response
Delivery is very fast + the customer service is an A+. Definitely recommend this app
The app is down almost all the time, you can't count on it when you have an emergency.
Changed my phone and tried to install the app. Never been successful, 4 weeks later. Please fix. Edit: your service is excellent. Up and running within an hour of posting the first review!
Very difficult to navigate without wifi I use Airtel and it works well with all others including PPB which also requires a lot of navigation. I also stream webinars with Airtel. Unfortunately I can't process mydawa orders unless I'm on wifi.
Highly recommended. All the drugs are very fairly priced and they deliver for free. I am a customer for life!
The app hangs more than it works. Really sad because I end up not buying things I would have.
I literally have to update this app every other month it's annoying! Also very poor presentation of products and the search function is worse. You can't find a product unless you know exactly how it's spelled word by word. Please do better.
Am really disappointed I was rooting for this app but it has been over four hours and the customer service isn't picking up. Used my credit being on a line and when I sent them a text and tried to call the line wasn't going through. I am still waiting for my order and work on your customer service.
