Purchased two pairs of sunglasses, both pairs were factory seconds with no information from seller about them being factory seconds. Put in warranty faulty report on the two items. Lyn resolved the matter with one pair of glasses within days, Sui no response after 9 days. Will not and recomend not to use this site because if this is how their staff are then you cant always get one of the members like Lyn and you end up out of pocket.

I ordered a exercise bike 3months ago and has been delayed 4 times now these guys are a joke mydeal is a disgrace and so is lifespan the seller, pathetic couldn't get an order right if they're arse's we're on fire highly recommend you do not order anything from mydeal you'd be disappointed.

I ordered an expensive item through MyDeal and never received it. The seller only offered a partial refund after a month long wait and chase around. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. If they had sold out; fine, but they need to let you know straight away and refund in full. You need to verify your sellers as people like this give your whole company a bad name.
