The app is getting worse, some of my Internet deals suddenly went missing after I said I want to buy them. The deals is getting bad and expensive. You guys really need to stop doing this. I'm considering of changing internet service since what digi gave me is just straight up trash.

Why must the app have pop up ads? Do we need additional subscription fee to remove the ads? It's annoying. Better revert back to sliding ads window..less annoying and we can straight away go to our business without needing to close the pop up ads first.

So many pop ups when I just want to check my balance! Opening the app and I get one ads, after login I get another ads that you need to click the close X button cuz back button will close the app. Stop showing us the ads about internet deal and RDY plan. I don't care that stuff. Other Telco don't show own ads in app. Stupid design and slow loading. Box of surprise will not shown if you only have basic internet.

Signed up for unlimited video plan , can't even access YouTube for one second, contacted customer service more than 6 time, still they never fix it, and telling me it might be my phone problem or sim card spoiled. I try sign up another plan, can access all including youtube. This is obviously something wrong with their plan yet they refuse to check what's wrong with it and try to put the blame on their consumer. Digi used to be good, unfortunately now it's just trying to scam people.

Why after change to 4g everything became worst and this is not upgrading but downgrading..Previously when it's was still 3g everything when smoothly but now its much more worst than what I thought it is.. Seriously we all paid for the Internet data than we bought everyday or monthly and The due date to pay for the monthly package is ridiculous too because It's not on the fixed date when I purchased it but instead the due date keeps on changing every month.please fix this problem...

There is no point in building a good application if your data service is not smooth. I am having difficulty using your data service even though I am in an urban area.

The app disappears in oppo mode as it goes into 'games' mode automatically. In oppo, games will be automatically added/organised into a system app called 'games'. Since the mydigi app is in some sort of game type (I don't know how the devs code the app or in what category google placed it), the app disappears. So I gotta launch my playstore, search for my DIGI app, and gotta open the my DIGI app from there. Please fix this as it is a lot of hassle for oppo users.

It used to be a great app, but after their major relaunch, it's terrible and horrible. The Box of Surprise often remove the promotion package that I have already signed on. I have to contact the customer service each time for me to renew my package. Last time, I can also redeem my freebies through the app, but now, I have to contact the customer service each time to redeem my freebies. There were used to be an offer of RM2 for 8GB 2 Days Data, really missed those offer, but now, it's ridiculously expensive for a limited data that ALWAYS have a bad connection problem! And PLEASE make the reload app more faster, each time I need to reload PIN, it always takes so long, and sometimes it need to refresh the phone number; Just makes it free internet whenever anyone opening the app, so we could buy internet Add-ons and reload more efficiently.

Free credits is a scam because there's no way to spend it. It expires so early so your current plan hasn't expire, and basically you cant buy anything with it unless you buy addons that you don't need. I tried buying Validity but because I still got few months validity, money is deducted from actual wallet (not free credit) and NO validity is given. Scammer. And when i try to manage 2 lines in the app, the second line can't be added. Regret that i switched to digi. Should've chosen Maxis etc.

1 star. That's what it should be. Slowest when there is no data to open and buy data. not like maxis, no data but can open app to buy data. internet is the slowest to open. more than a year for the same reason when I was asked. just wait for the time to run out and I want to finish this digi.

Now 16/5/2022, I had been cut off my internet quota for 2nd time although I presently have an agreement valid till 31/8/2022. As they have reinstalled the internet quota, I feel that trust & reliability is questionable, the same applies to future deal & whether they deliver such services.

I just updated the App.today. Digi please take note. 1.Chat live not working. Texted Hi, but no response. 2. Outstanding cases also not working. I sent 3 enquiries but cases show nothing. 3. Suggest Digi show the expiry date of Sim card besides Credit expiry date. I have in the past lost 3 phone numbers because I forgot to reload. Regards Angela Lee

Suddenly MyDigi App more useless and like something little big problem to buy. My favourite to purchase is RM1.5 for 2GB in 2 days (and) RM1 for 1GB in 1 day. And now, in box of surprise it's only RM4 for 10GB in 1 day is not enough and RM5 for 6GB in 2 days but too much for use. But luckily, someday i got 3mbps and free credits have rm5 in someday. I always wanted data faster and in other day always Digi data too slow, offline and internet problem.

Bought the Rm5 unlimited high speed internet (1day) at 8am today and can't use it at 12pm i only used it for 4+ hours and wasted Rm3 for 3 unlimited high speed internet ( 1 hour) to contact them on support which it didn't do anything. I want my refund damned.
