Truly a nice, awesome, amazing, & handy app. I love having it on my cell to use any time. Especially when I need to look up channel numbers on channel lineup. I love being able to take care of my payments from multiple places including from my cell. It's useful 🙂. Your refreshment of active internet connectivity on the dvr hasn't improved & the home page is still junk for refer a friend. No dvr status info or anything useful like dish signal info, etc

Won't open. Crashes/freezes up every time I try to open it. Have to uninstall, then reinstall and hope that it will function properly...need to pay bill...gonna try again. It works great, when or if it opens. Can you please fix it or offer any options? Update: Just now uninstall/reinstalled the app again. The My DISH app does absolutely nothing. Will not even open... The app crashes every time I scan my fingerprint to log in. It has done this multiple times and I have reported it each time and it still hasn't been fixed. This has been going on for over a month now.

Can not open app says there is a bug to update it. No update available. Then the service. Says we can watch on demand, haven't been able to use on demand for months. Get a lot of black screens in the programs a lot. Missing sound at some parts. We use streaming services a lot. Thinking now that our bill is caught up we may just cancle and strictly use streaming services instead. Definitely a lot cheaper then 160.00 plus a month.

I have downloaded this app. Twice and deleted it twice. It's junk tried to set up account and tells me my account has been locked for to many failed attempts .how can you lock my account when I haven't been able to set one up?

App keeps closing! As soon as I open the app it closes! It's aggravating that you have an app that could be alot of help especially at getting tech help without having to wait on hold on the phone forever!! This app has had problems since I've been with dish and I believe that Dish is in violation of contract for failure to keep all parts of their services up and running.

This app never works fast. Any time you have to reset you password, your looking at 30 minutes for sure. I will put in my password and it says it's doesn't match. So I have to give more information, I enter that using the same password and I get in. I'm trying to get help because the TV did an update and now I get a frozen HBO on my screen and that won't move. Might be the time to switch carriers.

App hasn't worked in well over a year, maybe longer. Update comes, no help. After the update on 5/12/22 it asks for my fingerprint and promptly crashes.

Sadly this app appears to no longer function. Un-installed, reinstalled it no change, so I will not be using it anymore. Update: this app doesn't work. Running the app. All that happens is it makes it to the login, entering username and password. Then it closes. I've un-installed it and reinstalled the same results.

This app is good for paying my bill. After turning off a major network, I see you've realized that it was a mistake using money as an excuse when you charge me for local channels. Then again, I've had to update my review of your network because you, without warning, canceled showing our ONLY WAY of watching the Red Sox and Bruins games. You will find out that they are the most popular teams in their respective sports and you have disappointed them all!! Of course it's about $ like it always is

Won't open after update...again. Seriously, do you guys try your app after you do an update to make sure it will even still work? It's so frustrating. To the point I want to cancel it all. I pay my bill thru the app and order movies. It's extremely annoying and inconvenient when I can't even spend money 🤣🤦‍♀️. I quit.

Love dish and all the variety of channels for such a decent price. And it's guaranteed to stay that price for 2 years of your contract. Every time I try to use this app, I have to change my password. It won't let me access the biometrics of my phone. It won't let me save my password in my phone. I'm on my fifth password. Once again it's rejecting me.

The app. is great! The Reseption Service is THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD! Nothing worse than having your program/ MOVIE interupted (in the begining, middle or end!) Anywhere from 3 to 12 times in a 12 hr. period (with NO "We are ready to update/reboot - WhatEver, your Hopper system now" w/ option to continue watching or not), taking sometimes (even after unplugging) up to (I've waited w/ my trusty Pkt Wch) over an hr.! Watching the screen: STARTING-OFF,STARTING-OFF,STARTING-PUSH ANY BTN. TO VW.+!M

The app usually works pretty well for me. I don't really use it much though. But as of 12/10/2021 everytime I go to sign in to check my bill, it let's me put my fingerprint but quickly closes. I go to sign in again and my phone tells me that the app has a bug and to update it when the developer fixes the bug... so if the developer/maintenance sees this review please fix the bug.... thank you...

This app has issues. I need it to remember me, it never does. It saves my payment method, but still requires me to enter info. What's the point? Either your site is secure or it isn't. I usually end up calling and listening to the recorded idiot rather than deal with your site. 3 stars is generous considering the aggravation involved in just trying to give you my money.

Used to work great. Last 2 or 3 months it won't even open. Just opens to the login and tries to log in and closes. Making it really hard to pay the bill. Website is not as easy as the app, when it worked.
