Didn't expect much, since users have already paid for the drive. But this app still managed to surprise with how completely unusable it is. Kept asking me to update my firmware but the website has no firmware to update to. Complete waste of money.
Has anyone read the tos? 1) it cannot be copied or downloaded. 2) when you get to the all caps portion it talks about how you should not expect this product to work, be secure, be fixed, etc. 3) it is too long to read all the way through, it is designed to screw over the user.Why make a product if you won't stand by it? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The company does not care about it's users if the tos is written like this
I have DIR 600 L router. I download the application. It asking server name. I don't know what to write. Please help
I have no idea what server, account, or password it is asking for. I did read that they made it easy to use. Not for me
I didn't expect much, the browser based mydlink doesn't even work so why would this. Time to move on from dlink.
Photos only appear as tiny thumbnails, only supports MP4 playback. Very unhappy I purchased the DNS-345.
Login itself is a headache n on top of it the configuration doesn work n hence its a waste downloading this app.. The description watevr s written nt even a single point of it is true...
I bought a 605L router simply because it said all over the box I could connect to mydlinkcloud using a free android app. Hooked it up and downloaded the app to find my router is not supported. Returning the router.
Waste of time. Will also be returning my dlink equipment as it does not work, either.

Extremely slow regardless of connection type, LTE or wifi. Pops up random notifications long after app has been shut down. Used with DNS-325 fw v1.03.
Developer please tell me what to write in sever field... so that I can use it and give 5 stars.
It couldn't find the server. I copied the address from the app and pasted that into my browser and then it was found. What a waste of time. Don't bother with it. The ONLY good thing is that it's free. Haha.
I add my registered dynamic dns server and it couldn't connect. lousy application
Can't sinc automatic like "Dropbox" for example, it will be great if it can and can't work with directory
Wasted hours trying to log in or connect to NAS but will not wirk & zero support. ES File Explorer is far better.

Why has this app been abandoned (last update was in 2012)? I use it almost daily and would like some added functionality like remote restarting the NAS when I'm seeing some issues and accessing the logs.
After entering the credentials the loading starts but after that nothing happens. Edit 1: So i need to buy dlink sharecenter (nas) to use this app... As some1 mentioned..deceptive advertising.

It works well with my DNS-325 but it doesn't list all of the files and sub folders in large folders. Would also be nice if it followed the Android 4 design guidelines more too.
I can't believe dlink have so many apps none of which will work. I bought two share centre nas drives. I can connect on a laptop,but no android app has yet been able to access them. And why so many different apps? Just one, that works, would be fine. I guess I 'm going to have to replace the dlinks with another brand.
