Not optimized for Android 9.0 all that appears is a blank gray screen whenever I open the app. However other dlink apps recognize my cameras and load just fine. Only this app has troubles loading.
Could it be possible an upgrade to the app? It does not work at all. I have a Samsung Note 8, I can log in but nothing appears in the app. Pls some help with this. I would really appreciate your help with this problem. Thank you!
Doesn't work. States it is outdated with no updates available.... Never worked properly (could not view any records) even when it did "work" a few years ago.
not working on android phone. i think the developer has enough info on the symptoms based on the number of bad reviews. please dont reply unless you have a solution. samsung s10 android 9
App no longer works When you log in, your DVR is no longer available to review files. The screen is completely blank.
Still waiting for the app update for Android version 9. The D-Link NVR app keeps warning but this version is not made for this version of Android and to check for updates.
Not compatible with newer Android! This doesn't make since I have a s10 plus not the newest and still can't use it
Now does not work with my Note 10. It say only works with older version of Android. Please upgrade this apps.

Got a new phone and now I can't use the app...have this hardware and now its pretty much useless....thanks dlink....never again

Needs update for Android 9 [Edit] When I upgraded to Android 9, I opened the app and it stated that the Android version was not supported. I just opened it again almost a month later and it seems to be working fine, even though there has been no update.
