Wouldn't let me register (presumably because I'm not a US citizen), customer service closes at 4pm so I would have to wait until it opens tomorrow which is only a few hours before my scheduled flight. Fortunately the clinic I got my covid test at could print off the results so I can still travel in spite of the ineptitude of this app.
Can't register because verification questions have nothing to do with me! And when I submit that, it says account cannot be verified - in app and online. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.
This app is HORRIBLE!!! It let's you go thru the steps and after answering all those questions it tells you "WE'RE SORRY." And tells you a crazy reason and need to call them. It's pointless to have this app and you can't get to where you need to and finish register. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP OR GET RID OF THE UNNECESSARY THINGS SO PEOPLE CAN GO FORWARD AND REGISTER WITH NO PROBLEM.
Attempted to sign in, but it stopped at verification. I tried to reinput again, but it started that the email was taken. Bad, bad, bad.
This app has so many bugs. Too bad you're forced to use it. You're also forced to install adobe acrobat for Android.
It was working good these last few days now today it says error....and even IF I uni stalled and reinstalled it still says error and won't open...I need results so I can go back to work

I used to love this app until it locked me out yesterday. Haven't changed my password for it ever and then trying to log in yesterday it was saying that the pw that I was using was wrong. I ended up re-registering and while I can now log in it says I have 0 files to check. I logged in on my computer and they're there but not via the app. Kind of useless then isn't it?
I love the email alert the notifies me when my test results are ready and the fact that I can view all lab results that I have gotten done at Diagnostic Laboratory Services.
Unable to download app on samsung galaxy 6. Troubleshooting didn't help. Previous review from another person contacted developer without any success. I'm not going to waste my time. With only 100 downloads I'm sure the developer doesn't feel this app is worth the time to fix. Maybe DLS can find a new app developer.
Kept trying to install the application on two Samsung Galaxy S7 devices and kept getting a 505 error. Followed all troubleshooting tutorials and contacted the app developer and still unable to install.

Downloaded it and tried to register with no success. Called help line for a reset and still no success. I really want this to work! Guy on phone said IT only can reset account. Waited until next morning, tried to register again, still no success. Fire the IT programmer!!! Okay found the solution...register in the internet and not on the app first...so far everything works...fingers crossed!
