Tried to register an account, when it gets to the page to put in your community and address the button at the bottom doesn't work so you cannot proceed any further. Looking at the reviews it is a completely useless app and not fit for purpose. Raises questions on the 'testing' process before release.
I was never able to share the NOC's generates through the app, but with a recent update I'm not even able to screenshot the document anymore and the sharing is still broken. The effort put into it is just making bad to worse
No longer able to see the outstanding amount due on the service charges. Instead the app promts you to email the relevant department. Total waste of time.
It takes forever to log in! And then it doesn't even show statements or how much is due for service charges. Just says go to quick pay. If I don't know how much is due then what am I supposed to pay? Please fix your app! I prefered it when it was my DP.
Useless. You can't do anything on the app and will have to reach them by phone which takes ages and completely negates the need for an app.
Your latest update caused to uninstall the app from my phone. After I reinstalled it, I could not login anymore. Previously worked just fine...
The app is not working. Although I am able to log in, it does not show my owned property, it does not allow me to change my details etc. Ever since the app was launched, there are issues and errors. This was even confirmed by the DP customer service when I called them to report the app issues that have not been resolved until now. DP should make sure that their app is working 100% before they start advertising and promoting it.
Its been offline since the update which leads to a very poor experience. Even when it worked, it was slow, it was primitive with no customer journey or thought of user experience out in and it lacked the ability to give updated and correct information.
An app which is full of errors. While uploading documents, the app shows error for upload from photo library, i had to take photo of every single document. I registered but while registration it didnt ask to create password, but while im logging, it asks for a password and thus it never goes through. Very stupid app
Unusable app. Full of bugs from very beginning, logining in and password recovery doesnt work. Also the app asks for a lot of unnecessary permissions and access(?) Unfortunately this app is waste of time even if you are a property owner that dislikes having to call/email DP.
horrible and useless unable to do anything, was assured that this will be addressed but still not working. hampering my move in.. landscaping permit and access card, sticker application. NOC for landscaping given but permit to work is not in sight. Update still the same, uninstall reinstall still the same...
Never work properly, always having problems to book or view amenties
Absolutely useless.. I can not log on, it does not recognise my mail ID, no help feature. If you are going to move everything on to an App, at least make sure it works properly
Poor App. MyDp app was much better. I cannot place any service requests in this new App.
Highly unreliable. Requests show error messages. App closes unexpectedly. I have two phones and the app is not stable on either of them
This app is so bad, most functions doesn't even work.
Doesn't work. It opened and said I am registered customer and I have to log in with my password. I tried to reset my password as I dont have one yet but it crashes everytime I try to do that.
horrible app. can't even log in. get error code every time. uninstalled and reinstalled, still can't log in. just useless. Error HTTP 400 Bad request
Utter rubbish, I think this app should be retired. The people that close service requests without actually addressing them should also be retired as they just compound the frustration.
Lot of errors and bugs . Not secure AT ALL. I think a 1 star is too much vs the support we are getting.
App needs alot of improvements. It lags alot and doesn't work half the time.
The app is not even tested When choosing sign up to make a new account it doesn't move to next step even after filling out all my details fields So there is no way to sign up and use
Never works. Such a big community and such a huge company cannot get their app stable. This is unacceptable. All they do is chase services fee that's it.
Documents pending for verification for more than a year despite all the follow up. Also showing incorrect total built-up area

Stop wasting money in developing crapy apps like this, better to invest it community development and improving your customer service.
The app does not allow you to upload your documents. Once the document has been selected, either by the photo or image gallery, the screen becomes corrupted and display multiple information fields on top of each other. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Not performing at all.
