I can't get it to go passed the message of Cant connect to Internet. The stores need to stop suggesting it.
Cant do anything because it tells me it cant connect to the internet. And I know I am connected.

There are little to no dairy queens participating in the program. I couldn't find even one with the locator provided in it; I mean it's not their fault. As mentioned by others, they're only participating in 2 states, I didn't bother figuring out which ones they were.
I don't understand why they would have an app to get rewards, but no damn DQ on the face of this Earth seems to be participating in using it! Disappointing...
App has promise if DQ stores accepted it. Need to get consistent acceptance. Would love to see in NV. Coupons and rewards would help DQ be competitive for my $
The app is very easy to use... but since their isnt a DQ close by to me but their use to be like 7years ago in Vero Beach FL and I found one in Port Saint Lucie Blvd SW FL but go figure they arnt MyDQ app friendly, yall lost a customer here..😳
The app is only accepted at 5 places in my state and I live no where near where it is accepted. I had to screenshot the coupon, print it out, then bring it to them because their registers were from the 90's...
Update: the program is ending in 2 days and I had 5 spoons, but they disappeared from my account. Not a good app at all!!! Why have an app you can't sign into? Getting "Unable to complete this action. Please try again later," just as others are getting. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting phone...all to find it still doesn't work. DQ has good food, just not good techs that created this app.
This app is garbage and provides nothing more than a way for them to collect money. No coupons, no services, nothing of value!
Great idea. Poor execution. Seems like the only way to get rewards is to purchase thru the app. Can't scan your receipt or enter code. Tried to redeem my reward and they said "we don't do that anymore"!
Previously accepted at our local DQ. Just went to redeem our free blizzards and was told they didn't accept it. Disappointing to be sent a "hurry before it's gone" reward and not be able to get it. Why bother?
I have tried to use it several times and it always says no Internet connection when every other app on my phone has connection. Terrible!!!
It keeps saying, "Can't connect to the internet" when I clearly am. Don't waste your time on this app.
Did not honor my app because there computers were down.
DOESN'T WORK!!!!😡 Can't even create an account. Every time I try it says check internet connectivity. I HAVE INTERNET ON MY PHONE!!!!! It won't work if I use my phone internet data(even if I just renewed my data plan) or if i connect to someone's WiFi even DQ's WiFi!!!!! Not happy at all. I'm on a fixed income so these app's that have coupons help me be able to eat out once in awhile & enjoy life a little bit here & there. 😡
Foolish to put out app with such obviously limited franchise participation.
Useless if none of the franchises near me uses the app

Dosen't work at all. Always says it can't connect to the internet and even the faqs page won't load giving an error of an incorrect html link.
