Needs updates to functionality. Ability to book within 2 hours of intended departure. Needs ability to choose any drt destination instead of only being able to see a few destinations nearby to my registered address. (For example the hyperdome is not listed but I know it's a drt destination) Ability to pay drt with go card online. Extend hours from 6-10 to 24/7 availability we should be giving this trial the best opportunity to succeed and be most useful and work out how to make it more efficient and EASY TO USE. Having to book so far in advance makes it useless to me, when coming from deception bay I'd have to book 30 mins before I want to leave (3/4 services take 2hours) then I have to hope to hell none of the services have a delay and miss the drt on the other end. This is really only good if you need to do groceries or know in advance what time you will definitely be at a location. The bus/train network is too inefficient and I've found that every time I have attempted to use the service in Rochedale it's less than 2 hours to the time I need it (last minute) or it's too late at night. Rochedale definitely needs this type of service but we need it to actually benefit users and the whole community, not just a few members of it. Also what idiot says that the customer I.d was emailed out when I registered because I have all my emails from you and not one has a customer id. From the reviews it's blatantly obvious that you didn't email out the customer id like you think you did......... Lol
Love how the service runs but the app is useless I carnt even see my booking or cancel my booking if I needed, I have had few problems with picking up and them not showing up but other than that Im happy and it's cheap so definitely carnt complain, helps me out when there's no bus to get to where I need to go
Useless App. You cannot view your booked trips nor book a trip. If only management could fix this problem, it would be a big help to the mass and reduce people from jamming drt phoneline.
Horrible app. I can't sign up as I have no customer id. I see numerous others have had the same issue and no updates within 2 years. Pathetic.
Have tried multiple times to register my account and need a verification email. No email has been sent. Phoned DRT number and was pretty much told to go away and that I must be doing something wrong. Really bad when you are offering a community a service that is necessary due to poor public transport schedule.
Keeps crashing and ability to cancel and review trips hit and miss. Please fix bugs!!!
App continues to crash. cannot view upcoming or prebooked trips. Cannot cancel trips through the app have to call the service phone number.
Great service but App is near useless. Limited functionality and multiple crashes.
It doesn't accept landline phone numbers so I am excluded from using the app. I hate that.

Update: further to my below feedback, the app no longer works. It keeps crashing just as you are finalising a booking. App needs some serious updating/fixing. Update it so customers should be able to cancel bookings thru the app instead of having to call. It will also help clear the call queue on your end. Also fix the View Trips link on the app. Doesn't work and the app just crashes. Not much sense in having an app when you have to view and manage your bookings via the website or by calling.
