The permissions this app requests border on spyware. It needs nearly none of them to perform its functions. Run at startup? No. View network connections? No. Prevent phone from sleeping? No. Have full network access? No. Pair with Bluetooth devices? No. And on, and on.
The category list is not inclusive of parking violations. There are cars that park directly under the NO PARKING SIGN on Cornell and it is a hindrance to traffic. But there is no way to report it on this site. It would be nice if that could be included in the list of problems to report.
The app works great! I've been able to report potholes and the city promptly patches them (usually within 24hrs).
awful. go back to reporting problems on a computer or telephone. city needs to realize this application will not reach all residents.

It was great before you took away the "find me" feature that pinpointed exactly where the user is on the map. Also, when I report that Fleur Dr has large potholes from Bell to Army Post, I mean exactly that, but some of the worst potholes don't get filled.
Not very user friendly. Cannot tell if something had been completed because they mark it as "closed" before the action is done. Also, can't communicate with the City staff person through the App, no emails or phone # provided in case you have further questions. GPS doesn't appear to work, always have to manually type the address in.
If they actually did their job, instead of lie and say they did.
So awesome to have a direct connection for issues within the city

I think you need to add a category for snow removal & also an other category as the categories available to check are not all suffucient for everything.
This is a fantastic app. I took a few pictures and submitted my information I wanted done and the next day there was a note on my door from the city saying they would complete the work within a week.
I have used this app twice in the last week and it has been awesome! The only downside is once they have closed the request you can't seem to give any kudos for a job well done!

I like this app . An my questions get answered in the next business day
App was okay until it completely stopped working. It won't even load anymore. Also certain requests are then pushed back to the resident to take to someone else. I thought the point of this app was to have everything in one location and make it easier for residents to report issues? Guess the city doesn't care.
