Upgraded from 2.60 to One. The app no longer does scans (randomly returns to main menu during scan), can't even send/email my old test results. Both apps never worked on my main phone (Pixel XL) but at least the 2.60 verison worked on my $20 beater phone (LG-VS425LPP). False advertising much? I see a lawsuit in their near future..
Lovely app, very grateful this technology exists.I seriously have no idea why there are so many bad reviews on the Mydx gadget, Ofc the app sometimes is being updated and stuff, that doesn't mean the gadget doesn't work! I think people need to just read the instructions better! Just stop being so impatient with the Mydx gadget! Mine works perfectly. I'm not a noob when it comes to cannabis so ive been doing proper analyses and I always get legit results. I love the Mydx so I highly recommend it!
I love this app! The customer service was very helpful. The technology is amazing for any new or veteran weed smoker trying to find new strains. They even sent me extra inserts. You need to try this! Know what you are smoking!!
The app is great but last two days I am having issues cannot open app keeps opening and kicking me right out its pretty annoying pls fix i unistalled and reinstalled and everything
DO NOT BUY, USELESS JUNK. It wouldn't connect to any of my phones, customer service was no help at all. I returned it 4 days after getting it because no customer service would get back to me to help, so I wanted my money back. I'm still waiting for my refund after almost 4 months.

terrible, after a few emails there has not been a single reply to help with a defective unit. going on 4- 5 months, completely ignored, save your hard earned cash. total waste of time. I don't support those that ignore their users
Worked 3 times out of 40 tests. Pretty sure it's an app / connection error. Tried 4 phone and a tablet... Paid 1100 for the tester, and their only app doesn't function... lmfao
Superb app when used correctly that produces accurate results quickly making it incredibly cheap and useful, it provides very full analysis with accurate results when used properly as instructed. The terpene profiles I find comprehensive and valuable for analyzing genetic traits and terpene dominance in genes. The app continually improves and provides health benefits for each strain tested too as well as other valuable data and analysis. This device helps avoid being scammed FANTASTIC
Abandoned project that almost works. Don't invest until you see some recent updates to the app as it is super broken.
Worst company I have met in a long time. Not only is their support basically nonexistent. The app doesn't work for any of my team. Then they kept claiming it works fine for them. Then I ask for a refund and, they ghost me. Now they are stringing me along until I am past the 30 day refund window and keep my close to 900 bucks. Do not buy or use anything from this company. I spent my wedding planning stressing out trying to get a refund from them. Thanks... Not... Avoid them at all costs...
Been a year and still not working correctly. Analyzer keeps disconnecting and not showing cbd results. Do not purchase this product.

I 1st bought this device at the end of 2017, Even got a tour of their lab by the owner. i Have had issues from DAY ONE. After about 8 months of reaching out, they finally replaced the device for another device that never worked AT ALL!!!. Now they have not and won't return ANY of my calls or messages. This company has bad Energy. The OWNER and whatever staff he has are FRAUDS out here taking peoples Hard earned Money. DO NOT PURCHASE, DON NOT PURCHASE, DO NOT PURCHASE.

Im a commercial grower and I love MyDx. I can test strains before I send them into the lab. Had a little trouble with it at first, but the customer support was awesome and now it works like a charm.
Worst Interface, no buttons are aligned with where you have to press. Disconnects every time just before an analysis is done... shockingly bad considering the price for the device itself and having to use this app. Very disappointed
I love this app but recently messing up. I can run a sample but everytime I try to go into my data on recently tested the app keeps shutting down on its own and I need to get in there to look up my past tests. Please fix I tried emailing and nothing never ever had an issue with this app until recently still a great app but pls fix
