It does not work says invalid user
There have been many many updates to this app and I do not get mobile or text alerts for billing or order updates. Just email. I have contacted ECP about having the app alert customers when deliveries are being shipped so you can make adjustments when necessary. The only way you can find out about a scheduled delivery is to call them and wait on hold or constantly go to that section of app and watch for "in transit". Not helpful and time-consuming.
This app worked for me, for one month now it is frozen won't give me an alert to remind me of my next dose. I don't like it its a waste of space in my device. I use it only because I have to be reminded of my meds. This app is no good especially dealing with ppls health
This app won't let me finish with my information And I couldn't fill this description unless I put at least 1 put a star to do so
They could care less if I get my medicine or not . I could possibly sielze and die b4 I get my meds and they said nothing they can do about it. When I have talked to them for a week solid babysitting them to fill my meds they got the refill approved Friday from my Dr and today is Wednesday and they still have not sent it or filled it. But the whole time they led to me believe that yes they were on it they was going out in the mail well damn it they lied . Do not use them you will regret it!
this app used to be great. now it doesnt update on time and it doesnt send me notifications. please fix it and make it work like it did a year ago. im using it on a samsung s8+
App not working at all says the ID is incorrect or password is incorrect app is up to date I've not changed passwords or ID so exact care you need to get whoever's job it is to do this to actually do their job come on this month we were a week without meds when normally we get our meds two weeks before we need them!
Lots of difficulty getting the app to open consistently. Some days in have to try 4-5 times, others, I cant get it to open at all
Ever since the update I can't login but still get notifications when I try to reset password it always says the text code is wrong. Can't login on website either
I had this app but it was useless. If you go online and add the site to your homepage it's easier and has the same exact information and more than the app.
I'm told by someone over the phone meds are coming and added another but the app says nothing about it. How longs it take to prepare an order?
I can't get in to see my meds or it wont let me log in i hit forgot pasword it keeps giving me codes that dont work I can't do nothing on this app I keep unstaling it and staling it back thinking it's my phone but it's not my phone it frezzes my phone up so this app is no good to me
Love the service but I can't actually use the app it won't go to dashboard I can't see my prescriptions and it's not texting me my reminders

Frequently not updated in real time. Sometimes directions for taking meds are incorrect.
When it gives you a code to reset your password; after you enter that exact code they give you, they say it's invalid.
This app tells me my basuc info is incorrect. I have tried it at least 30 times.
Your app does not work. Also your link does not work neither of them complete the process. Please fix very frustrating
