When you install & try to use a Malaysian app, keep your expectation very very low. A simple thing like checking summons is a huge business in this country.

1) Payment gateway for driving licence renewal does not work (30 Apr, 16:30 hours). 2) Incorrect use of English "Your transaction is failed" is incorrect, the correct version is "Your transaction has failed". 3) Lack of integration of JPJ summon check with MyBayarSaman portal. MyEG is gradually losing its purpose over the years, its may be seen as such that the gov and state gov departments either do not talk to each other, or refused to work with each other. Please fix your services.

Lousiest app. Everytime unable to log in and have to re-create acc again and again! Useless

All this while fast delivery n process..but this time delay delivery more than 3 day..phone never answer..wait until 4 minute..nobody pickup..look like next year will go to old method..post office nearby..

whatever it is, NEVER renew your roadtax or lisence with MYEG. you need to pay extra for online renewal and they may took more than 3 months to deliver, whereas it's just a few minutes business at Poslaju or JPJ counter.

Pretty broken app and pretty useless. There is a Chinese saying - the item itself was just exactly reflects the way the owner is.

Useless app, I already registered it's said the user doesn't exist when log in than I tried creat new account its appear user already have existing account. Blady systems corrupted. It's better don't create the online system's if the government doesn't have proper way to handle the apps whenever it's needed. All the apps from Malaysia government really doesn't work well. Other countries are heading to digital world but ours country ?

Truly an honest app.Downloaded it and tried to create a new account. Filled in everything on 1st page and pressed submit page. Nothing happens despite numerous tries with a 10 minute period Well, at least it failed to work on 1st page.

I registered with my email so I can't register a new account with the same email but when I login, it says my email doesn't exist in the system, genius design

The service is getting worse. Made payment by Tuesday but the dispatch only picked up the road tax on Friday. Called the dispatch to check on the delivery status but not reachable. Made another call to customer service at 11am but no one was answering the call. While finally there was someone to answer the phone, they only gave you robotic answer. Why made a promise of 2 days delivery when you cant perform? Better go to post office and get the new road tax yourself.

Last time can check all the vechile number and others, now became own ic number, always under maintenance and not provided to pay through this app

Dont use myeg..the service is totally rubbish! "Fast and easy service??" Totally rubbish. I waited almost 2months but got nothing.. schedule for appointment for the runner to download my photo ID, never come. Was advice to get a refund, but cannot get refund because the system has been updated to JPJ. Then, I have to wait for their runner to show up?? And wait for how many months more.? What kind of arrangement is this?? Seriously I'm not going to use this service anymore.

I have renewed my driving license through myegon 7 July 2021. Until today,16 July it is still in process of verification. Couldnt get their customer service (nobody pickedup calls have tried multiple days at different times) and try to raise feedback through website which apparently the website is under maintenance. What convenience just after pressing submit on the feedback. Please refund my money so I can go direct to JPJ since its taking this long.

i need to register new account everytime i want to open and pay something, why is the system so bad? why is the use of this if you are not going to use it, very disappointed, its been like this the first time i used it 2018, and then 2019 now 2020 also after 3 account still cannot login. would love to give 5 star if this is fixed, but then again its been almost 2 year with no improvement.

Having bad experience with this apps.. Already create an account, but whenever i want to use or renew my license, i cant Log In.. It shows INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD. Trying to change both also failed.. Fadeup!!

Not ideal for online transaction.. Always out of server, makes your payment pending until ut forgot your transaction

Useless app..already pay summon in 2020..in year 2021...the summon came up again...never trust this app..call customer service but never pick up phone...renew license in pkp with delivery charge..last2 kena buat pergi sendri kat jpj...useless

very hateful, cannot log in despite having entered the correct username and password, can not check the username or password, can not do account registration again in the same email .... this application is not eligible for even 1 stars,for almost a month, still can't check the police suit, either use the app or go to the website

Stupid management. I paid for delivering my license then after 1 MONTH OF WAITING i have to get MY SELF AT THEIR OFFICE. i paid for what then 😒 almost rm10 for delivery fee.

One of the worst service that I ever come across. 😡 Checked the MyEG app status which still states, "processing" No one answers the calls or calls get cut off and no one replies to enquiry status of any email sent to them. Open the MyEG official website when click to "send us feedback" after filling up all the particulars, then send, the response states, server is on maintenance 🤯 😖⁉️

It took 20days and counting to receive roadtax. What a bad service offered ..huh 😡
