Since updating to Android Pie, this app keeps showing an error message when trying to open it. The message appears stating to close the app and to send feedback. It won't open at all. I hope developer fixes this issue.
Impossible to sign in. It is always asking me for the username and password and does no go beyond that step. The app gives a temporary password. One you use that password you have access to the app. Have not found a way to change the temporary password.
App was great at the beginning, but now it's been almost a month and the app does not allow me to view providers. I get an error message. When are they going to fix this. App is useless without thus.
They need to do better in customer service. Try calling them while being on hold for hours. No option for them to call you back amd hold your spot in line. Doesn't even tell you how long you will be waiting either. The app doesn't help either in many issues.
I have to reset the password about 7 times and I am still not able to log in. Really poor app. The website is not better. The healthcare is difficult to navigate and the app or the website makes it even harder and more stressful.
The app, just like the company has gone downhill. The app was good but now when resetting my password it constantly rejects no matter what. & This is even AFTER the upgrade. -Update- From Jan. 2021 to now 12/1/2021, & my review seen above is still the same. I'll enter my correct info for a search, but they have a problem, & they didn't used to. And my wife has some medical issues that it seems Emblem increasingly pays less while You the patient pays more.
App loads a blank white screen since latest update making it totally useless. It was working fine before this latest update. Someone messed up big time. Doesn't anyone bother to check that it's actually working before uploading an update? Ugh.
Reset my password on website and still can't sign into app. Signed into website once, tried to exit and resign in and it wouldn't work. So can't sign into app or website. This seriously makes no sense.
There is no experience because the app doesn't even open. It just crashes. Emblem spend some of that insurance money to fix your app. 03/14/19 today's update has now allowed the app to open to a blank white screen. After the 3rd updated today 3/14/19, the app finally opens and I am able to login.
This app is useless. Every time you click on find doctor in network "I'm sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties" same when you want to see your plan benefits.
You can't even sign in. I tried to reset my password multiple times and that doesn't even work. Just get rid of the app if you're not going to fix it. It's such a waste of time !
First time login - unable to get in. I can get into the web site. The app does not even give an error. So sad that this is my provider since this bodes I'll! Luckily, we're in the change period - yikes!
I am very dissatisfied with your app I go log in and it tells me there seems to be a problem. So thinking I may not have registered knowing very well I did , after registering it say there seems to be a problem. Please fix any bugs there are.
App keeps crashing. Won't open. Did a system restart with no change. Uninstalled & reinstalled app with no change.
well here it is march 4th since last update 30+ days still the app doesn't work crashes right away have to use google search to get in same as everyone else but after going to emblems web site found out they are doing updates to there site this week end they say it should to be up again on Monday 2-18-19 i will be watching well over 15 days still doesn't work
crashes - never opens logged into desktop bookmark and it goes to mobile site. just saved that to home screen.. same as app.
Unfortunately the app.used to be good but the find a doctor link doesn't work and they do not update their doctor list frequently. Very frustrating!!
The app crashes immediately. Is anyone planning on fixing this anytime soon? This is still happening after the Jan 31st update. Disappointing.

Horrible, tried to create an account and kept giving me error and not telling me what it was. Not use friendly at all.
Thjis app is no use for finding whats needed as a Emblem member. You need to work on this app, very frustrating! Please review and straighten the problems out so that members can use to their benefit!!
Can't log in, even with correct credentials. The app is basically useless.
App does not allow me to sign in. First it tells me I must renew my password. Then, it does not allow me to renew my password saying the answer to my secret question is incorrect. I know what I wrote!! From the reviews I see that I am not the only one who is unable to sign in. Please, make it a priority to fix this, particularly when you are sending me an email telling me to sign in, that I have a very important message. At this this time of uncertainty and frustration, no one needs this! 10-10-21- App has not improved one bit! Trying to get information on new plan. Renewed my password - to no avail. Continues to tell me my old password is wrong! Does not allow me to sign in. If this is an indication of how the new "Enhanced Plan" will work; HEAVEN HELP US!
