I thought the app was getting better - at least the user interface. Then today when I launched it, I was prompted for my phone number. I entered it and then I was supposed to get an sms with a code to continue. Surprise: A message popped up telling me that my phone number is not a 9Mobile number! But it is - ported from Airtel 8 years ago! Of course, the sms never came, despite several tries. Shameful. Very, very shameful.

I'm a big fan of 9mobile but I'm afraid I have to give out this poor rating. The app isn't a good alternative. Every time I have to enter my number to verify, I can't access it when I don't have data subscription like other apps do, I have not even made any subscription on it. Just to view my balances and that's all. Please improve your service 9mobile, you're killing interest on your fans leaving us with no option but to explore other services 😥😥😥

The only good thing about this app is the look. Beyond that I can't use it because it doesn't send the OTP code that it prompts you to enter your mobile number for. If you can't integrate it into the network then don't launch it. Absolute waste of time, over an hour and multiple attempts with "Resend code" and still nothing. Rubbish!

The app is okay for getting a quick sense of your data or account balance, but it is the worst for using to buy airtime or data using your bank card. Since March 2020, they will tell you the transaction has failed, you still get a receipt from 9Mobile, your account would get debited but your line never gets credited. And their customer service are useless in resolving this matter, you have to go to the bank to get a refund. It is a shame because this is a good app otherwise.

For more than two weeks there was no 9mobile network, I knew my data subscription was expiring and I had data which I wanted to roll over by subscribing again, but then there was no network and that was how I lost the data. Now if loggon to your app is permanent, I could have subscribed even though there was no 9mobile network and saved my data

The app is great when it loads successfully. It very frequently fails to load, and instead, gets stuck on the 'authenticating' stage. Even when it does load, it takes a while and after that, it is slow. It needs a major upgrade soon.

Doesn't help at all....I think 9mobile customer service in general is bad. I've had a recharge problem for a while and I've been going back and forth trying to get someone to help me resolve it

9mobile my favorite Network. This apps is the wonderful apps I really love it 💜 But my problem with it is they can give you load money but to repay it is the main issue because of the Link that they put repay the load to. I try to open the Link to repay my load but the website doesn't open with is BIGO, pls I need other options to repay the load.

This app I keep downloading it. It would open but when I add my number, it keeps saying invalid 9mobile number .. the app is whack. Tried it on my mum's .... The same thing. Abeg 9mobile kindly delete your app from playstore because there is no point having an app that can't do anything.

A very poorly designed app, registration is never completed, I've been trying for days yet still not successful in creating my account. Initially I thought it was a network problem but I was wrong. I've done so many other registration and I was succesful but not with 9mobile app, it's so frustrating.

You have to always introduce your number to the app even when number is in same device. App cannot read OTP from message like some other apps do. Once you leave the app to go get the OTP, on return the app restarts and the OTP you got no longer works. Vicious cycle! Fix it to read OTP from message, and for app not to restart every time you move away from it a little, please.

I couldn't even create an account. It just kept loading and loading. At least display a simple message that there's a technical issue or internal server error so I can move on with other things rather than loading forever. Haba now!

It should actually be no stars! I just downloaded the app, and it is not working at all. When I try to sign in, it says authentication error although I receive a text and email saying I have just logged in. Until I am able to sign in, I will say the app is useless!

This app used to be very helpful. But over the past few days, it's been acting strange. I recharged my line and tried to purchase data. But the app keeps telling me that it could not perform the service. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It asked for my number. When I entered the number, it tells me to ENTER A VALID 9Mobile number. It has done this several times now and I am in a fix. Can you help?

I think its unfortunate that respite the thousands of negative reviews/ complaints that for the most part this app doesn't work 9mobile doesnt seem to care or have a clue as to how to rectify the variius bugs reported. Talking to their call center is a waste of time, no training to address these issues. I'm so disappoonted.

This your app is not worthy of rating. I downloaded it. It asks for mobile number after opening. But it cannot contain all numbers. It only collects nine digits, no room for the remaining two digits. Now, I can not register my 9mobile on the app. Try do something about it. Thank u...

If there is any rating less than that would have given it. It takes time to load, always showing error messages each time I try to log in. I even changed my password and still unable to log in. Very very slow

The features in this app are fantastics but the issue of it signing someone out after some days is becoming tiring. I believe it can be done in such a way that it does not auto sign out except if the user does.

Worked previously but a complete mess now even with series of calls to the call centre and email messages on the subject. This indicates 9mobile's lack of interest in IT solutions in making their service platform easy for its customers.

Why does the transfer data limited to 1gb per day? Not cool at all What is happening to your app. There have been issue with 9mobile since yesterday, 3rd April 2022. No message to your users to know that you are aware of the situation

This app is useless and for the first time I used it, I inserted my number and it was saying put in a valid 9mobile number, then I deleted the app and didn't bother reinstalling it, I was frustrated and go my self an MTN sim which was way much better, if I could this review will have no stars at all

Very horrible app, to sign in is as difficult as killing a lion with a bear hand. I have downloaded, Uninstalled and re downloaded again, all cos I want to log in. Horrible app. This app has to be the most USELESS APPLICATION on Google play store. It's extremely useless. Infact I might be forced to break my Sim card and throw it away. Useless app and network.

Is always communication error. Just a broken app. Most annoying parts are the email and sms notifications of a successful log in, which are not true. Scrap the app as it is good for nothing.

This app is not user-friendly at all. How can you bring out an option of email to login 2 a network ap when there is phone number available to send an OTP like other network apps? Login is difficult, unable to change password , nothing works. I am uninstalling this rubbish

Not Working! I installed this app twice just trying to get it to allow me register but I kept getting the message, "Invalid number" which is not true... I have given up trying.

Useless App, I've never seen a mobile sim app as stupid as this, that doesn't display the name and information of the person that registered the sim card, it's asking you otherwise to put in your details, what if you wanted to see the person that registered the sim? 🤦🏾‍♂️ I'm disappointed in 9mobile, well u can't expect much from a Nigerian based Network, that's what u get for chasing away the foreign owners with your bills 😒

I'm disappointed at Etisalat for having such a crude app. I received a notification that registration bug has been fixed. They weren't available when I needed their service. Poor experience!

Very poor and slow, worst network app have ever downloaded. MTN comes with 500mb and Airtel with 1gb without much protocols for registering but this one with too much protocols has nothing to offer. Mitchewwww! Waste of data.

The app to doesnt load details on my second line. And It's impossible for me to remove my first mobile number. Also I purchase 1000 airtime with my debit card. I was debited but the airtime was not credited. This app need overhaul.

This is my first time of using the app. I loaded airtime of ₦500 then bought 2gb data via the app. I got a text that my data has been given but my balance is 0MB on the app. On calling customer care I was informed data of 2gb has been given but I can't browse. The 228 channel says I have data even bonus but the app chanel is zero. Update the app please.
