App is functional and can pay your bill but it's still buggy. Most of the time unable to access the app unless on wifi. When I try to see what my usage for the month was, the app crashes. Sometimes when trying to navigate too quickly it will also crash. Would like to see more analytics for usage such as places in the coverage area that use more power than others, and maybe in the foreseeable future, a way to remotely turn off and on power in your home and promotions for cheaper, cleaner energy.

The app won't log me in. Keeps telling me invalid username and or password. Typing it in exactly as I do on my computer. Via computer I have no problems logging in. App has never worked for me. Makes it really frustrating to pay my bill. I see they have responded to others that the app is only for legacy westar users, and that is a good answer to them. The app is called EVERGY not westar. EVERGY customers should be allowed to log on. This shows the quality of their service, not good.

I couldn't access my account to pay my bill. The app just gave me an error message saying the destination page could not be found. The same thing happened when i tried to pay online. Now my bill is late and i have to pay a late fee because the monopolistic power company couldn't be bothered to maintain a working app/site. Now that the bill is past due, the app suddenly works now. I hope solar and other renewables puts them out of business. One star.

10/20: I used to be able to use this app with no issues. That is no longer the case. Regardless of how many bars I have, it says there's no internet/wifi available. Fix it, please. As of 1/22 this app still doesn't work no matter how many bars I have. Uninstalling.

I've had the same issue as others being that the app is unusable giving me "your device isn't connected to wifi" after some digging I find on their Facebook page that this app has been retired since May 1st and no longer supported (with only roughly 1500 views). This app should just be completely taken off the store if this is the case, many frustrated and confused customers...

Application states "Device had no Wifi or mobile connectivity. Please try the operation after establishing connectivity." Force stopped the application, cleared app cache and data, turned off WiFi and tried through mobile data. Wiped device cache, OS is up to date. Still can't get it to open.

Unusable. As others have noted, the app simply says my device has no wifi or other connection and promptly shuts down. Makes it darned hard to pay my bill without going out-- and riding a public bus to a crowded store in the midst of skyrocketing local Covid infections is not high on my list of things I'm willing to die for. It's been months. Y'all want to fix this, maybe?

HEY EVERGY! Whatever you updated in last update has really messed up this App! Every time I try to log in I get the message "App has no WIFI connection" and will not connect to your site! I've tried to connect with both my cellphone & my tablet. You guys need to get this fixed yesterday! I can't pay my electric bill until you do! Please email me when you you get this done so I can login and pay on my electric bill!

Clearly a dead app. Last update was in December 2019, and I, like many others, can't use the app, since it keeps telling me I have no WiFi or mobile connection. It's literally unusable, and astonishing that my power company doesn't have a functioning app.

Can't even log in on the app. I know my info is correct, because I literally input the exact same email and password on my browser and log right in! But on the app, it keeps telling me that my log in failed. Will continue to use the browser until this app is fixed.

It won't let me log in even if the info is correct... I know the info is correct because it works over a normal browser. Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. Was hoping to use it to pay our bill, but... was a waste of time and disappointing for me.

App was not ready for primetime. once logged in the link to bill payment does not work. In the lower left corner the home icon to return to the homepage does not work. Doesn't seem to have been fully tested. Can't pay my bill tonight 😣😒

The App dose not work. I have tried multiple times to login to my account on the App, everytime i try it tells me my info is incorrect, so then i changed all my login info thinking that was the problem and it still wont let me login. I have even tried to create a new account and still cant login on the App. But when i go to the web site it works just fine. Before the change over from KCP&L everything worked just find now that it's changed to Evergy it dosent work.

It does what it says it's made for but it's missing some of the best features of the website like the ability to see daily usage and compare to temperature. Adding those two features alone would be enough for me to change my rating to 5 stars.

It will not let me use the app. It keeps saying that "No WiFi Connectivity Found". I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, check for any updates....this app is pointless if it cannot be used. What now? It has been doing this to people for awhile....you plan on ever fixing it?

I used to love this app and it worked for very well for me but now it no longer loads even after waiting half an hour to an hour for it to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled it to be sure that wasnt the issue and it still won't work.

With the recent update I cannot get to the screen to pay my bill. The error msg says, "website cannot be found. Check URL and try again." I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled to try and fix the issue. Still Nothing.

this app has a fatal flaw that gives me the blues constantly. when making a payment via the app the terms and conditions page wont scroll down so I can accept them and make the payment. being an apartment owner with multiple units that I need to pay the bill on makes this extremely annoying. please fix this issue

I have tried several times to log into my account using the app. I always get a response "Login fail. Please try again." I can log in from my desk top computer, through the Evergy website, but I cannot login from my phone, using this app, so it is unusable.
