This app is bunch of web link outs and web views. There is no option for persistent login and 2 factor authentication always goes to my computer because it asks you to login every time you open the app. The app is pretty pointless since I always need my laptop to use it anyways so I might as well just use the website on my laptop.

Honestly my biggest pet peeve with this is that it doesn't save any log in information. No option to log in with biometric info either. Several elements take you outside the app and are completed in browser. I don't know what the benefit of the app even is, over just having the site bookmarked. That said, it does give you access to the MyEvive portal, so it functions at the bare minimum, and isn't buggy.

Have done four walk/jog sessions in the last week and only two of them have counted. One time the app didn't count my steps at all. I cleared the cache on both this and Google Fit and it worked fine when I redid the session. The second time it counted my steps, but glitched out at the very end and would not finish even though I got the notification saying that it finished. Had to close and reopen the app and when I did the whole session was not counted. Completely unacceptable.

This app is supposed to track activity to earn rewards paid for by the employer. It did track 2 out of the first 4 workouts. Then it stopped. After wasting my time contacting customer support, I was told to uninstall and reinstall. It still doesn't track and now I've lost what little progress it had managed to record. Worst app I've used. It just added stress and anxiety to my workout.

I hate this MY EVIVE after being installed and having to use it because work says soooo . . This stupid app never works right ITS INSTALLED BUT SAY I NEED TO INSTALL IT THEN when I finally get to it . after hours of stupid stuff U CAN NEVER GET LOGGED IN EVEN IF everything u type in is CORRECCTTTTTTT IT WONT LOGG IN No place to get new password THIS IS IMPOSIBBLE TO USE>>>>>>> ( I WOULD NOTTTT recommend this to anyone

I find this app wanting. Positively, the app brings together some of the pieces of my benefits package. However, there are technical glitches that honestly make it easier for me to access some of my services outside of the app. Lately the app has been sending DAILY emails asking for my opinion on coronavirus topics. Everyday. Always about coronavirus topics not directly related to my benefits (the reason I have the app) and with no way to opt out or give feedback. Reevaluating having this.

Horrible service. Many links don't work. When you call for help they ask you to email to complicated email addresses. Phone number given a person never answers. Links for web support also not working. The site looks good and seems to have great content but when you click to take advantage, nothing works. This app would be good once it works completely.

I use this app to track activities for an insurance health incentive program. When on the jogging quest, there were at least three times when I completed a session for the day and received a message saying the session was complete. Then the next day it no longer registered that the session was complete and I had to redo the session. There were also multiple times when, actively walking/jogging, I was logged out of the app and had to login again and restart the session.

The update has made the app unusable. I click to login, it flashes part of a page, then goes to a page with nothing on it except for a big "me" in the center of it, then doesn't do anything else. If y hit the back button it takes you completely out of the app.

Arguably, the worst app I have ever used. Even basic functionality, like the back function on your phone does not work in the app (must use back control within the app). There is no functionality within the app, just links to external sites. App does not work with my password manager.

Hate it.... this app needs a lot of work. It is very complicated to used. I find myself going around and I get nothing done. I haven't been able to schedule my annual checkup. The worse part is that I am forced to used it because my company changed the way to access my benefits. There is no tutorial or customer support that can answer my questions. 🤬🤬

I can't tell you how many times I have been doing the Jog Along part of this app and it will just stop and not complete, most of the times it is close to being done! It has happened at least 5 times in the last few weeks. I really don't know how I am supposed to complete this when it keeps shutting down and not completing the session????

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is the worst app ever! I am so annoyed that my employer forces us to go through this to get our incentive cards. There's no contact information, the app is not user-friendly. You are not able to update anything, it's not accepting my insurance user ID. it's telling me I need a physical, eye exam and A1C test - I've already had them all and it won't let me update it. I refuse to do it again at my expense. THIS IS A TERRIBLE APP - ONLY USING BECAUSE I'M FORCED TO!!!!!!!

Intrusive and poorly designed. Go on vacation for a little more than a week and it irreversibly erases a month of work and data you've done to earn the health incentive. Their "customer service" doesn't even respond. The nutrition options are severely limited and only allow for enormous portions (e.g., 4x recommended for nuts). Don't mistake this for a health app; it is purely a grab for corporate money that tracks visits with your doctors and who knows what else. I deleted it.

This App jog along sucks... Too many issues to list. I have called and emailed support and no one return calls or emails. If you have to use this useless app for you job flood their support email and phone number. I have also contacted their corporate office. No one has offered any support.

I would used this app to keep track of my jogging for health benefits rebate. It would delete days I ran. The one day I did almost 2 miles and at the end of the run it did not count it. Said I needed to do more then a half mile. I lost at least 3 or 4 days.

Worse app Ive Ever Used (Truly). The jog portion of the app times out or doesn't count days that ive run. It shows as counting and then the next day it takes it away. I contacted customer serv who called me 7 days later to discuss. I emailed screenshots with proof that i completed a workout and they have yet to call me back or give me credit. Says they respond in 24 hours, but thats inaccurate and dishonest. MYEVIVES inability to provide a reliable app and customer service cost me $250.

I completed my 3rd activity so that I can get my incentive but it never acknowledged it. It showed completed on my phone but never communicated that to the main system I guess , because now I have to do all these jogging sessions over. 2ND straight year having problems with this company.

By far the worst app I've ever experienced. Constant issues from the get go. I'm not even sure why this app was released for use seeing all the issues it has. Definitely submitting a request to our benefits department to reconsider Evives services.

Since the update, the digital card can't be found. I've searched the app thoroughly. It was so embarrassing in the store as a customer, myself & cashier wasn't able to locate the digital card.

Great Health Care Resource. I look at the survey question daily to see how my answer compares to others. Along the way, I frequently find useful information. I just used it last week to submit a FSA claim. Today, I explored the COVID benefits communication - because I am feeling a little under the weather. (Probably not COVID, but just to be aware of new benefits changes, if it is!) A useful place for one stop healthcare benefits research!

After logging in you get stuck at a blank screen that says "me" You can vaguely see the real app in the background for a split second before getting stuck with the me screen.

Would leave 0 stars if I could - app is the worst app I've ever used. In addition, I did not receive the incentive I earned last year, and the people emailing me as much as told me 'too bad, try again next year'. Filing a grievance with my company's HR department.
