Awesome new look and feel Very easy to use for anyone new to EV applications. I particularly like that it is fast and snappy, the map for available chargers cluster icon, one finger scrolling charging details and history. You are able to setup notifications for started charge, completed charge, and a disconnected charge just to name a few.
The app is glitchy and doesn't reliably start charging. The company sells RIF find to activate the Chargers. They don't work. The customer experience when I called to try to resolve issues 5 times have not solved a single issue with respect to the charging station not being started with the app or the RFID tag. They suggest solutions I already tried and then don't respond when I tell them their suggestions don't work. I am in the process in contacting news media to see if they help.
This is such a garbage app and the experience is even worse. Half of the level 2 chargers are all under maintenance idk what's happening it's been like a month since this has been happening. Idk why other companies bother, chargepoint is a far better experience and their stations actually work.
The point of buying any electric vehicle is to save money, what's the point of that if you gotta pay stupid flat rates and hella expensive hourly rates. App works terribly. Too bad chargepoint doesnt manage all the chargers, it would make charger way cheaper and easier
Costs more than gas and takes well over 10mins for to connect to the machine if it even connects (which I have yet to be able to do). Very disappointed with MyEVroute!
Donloaded the app. Added credit card . Scanned the barcode and all worked flawlessly. Did this all as Guest.
Very expensive charge. App really need update. Map not showing.
Doesn't allow me to register because you have to give your make and model but Hyundai isn't in its list.
Screwy app and the charging station never worked.

There are two stations available in my town of Stratford The first one broke down in the springtime I called and reported it II charger in my townblew a fuse with a giant flash of light while I was charging my car That was two months ago I reported it Called customer service eight times Customer service representatives were pleasant and courteous No repairs are scheduled everyone who works in the technical department should be fired Six months to repair your product OMG wow
Station are always a risky bet.. Got stranded after tree in a row where down...
How about giving the app the proper name so we can find it on our device?
I only use this service when it is my last resort. Pricing is atrocious and the app follows suit.

This app is horrible. The chargers installed outside my office building require me to use this app but its always a hassle trying to connect to it. I can never login even though I'm registered. If I use the guest user option I can't see status of my car after a short while. My car gets charged but no clue how much each charge is costing me till I check my bill
Meh, I used it in a pinch because the charging station was there. They charged $1.50 "convenience fee" plus $3.00 per hour. The convenience fee is a little ridiculous if you ask me, on top of $3/hr which is already high. I'll avoid using this service in the future. Was more expensive than needed to be especially since the parking spots aren't monitored at that location and some douche had parked his honky tonk truck across two EV spots. On a plus note: the station had a long cord.
Wouldn't allow me to add payment information. I restarted the app hoping to fix it and then it wouldn't let me sign in at all. Wasted 20 minutes trying to get it to work in -20 weather. Definitely just sticking with charge point after this
Why Ontario decide to fund such a bad company to roll out a provincial EV charging network when there are so many better companies to choose from amazes me. Expensive to use, difficult to use app and frequently broken charge units. I hope KSI goes out of business.
Wouldn't allow me to add payment information. Based on other reviews this has been an issue for anwhile. You'd think that would be top of their list of things to fix.
The application does not work. Scanning station QR code fails. Entering station ID produces an error. Simply terrible experience.
No power from their charging station but I still get charged. When I call for help they can't find a technician. What a rip off. Don't use this company.
Map is very glitchy, clicking on a location opens the charger locations but they close right away. Also not compatible with latest Android. Please fix!
Tried it several times with no success. A company recently installed a public charging station near my house and the instructions said to use this app. No wonder no one charges their car using the charger if this is the technology that they are supposed to use to connect to it. Rubbish.
Can't add payment so can't use it. Tried 2 MC cards. Literally useless.

App doesn't work very well - better to sign in as a guest. VERY expensive but reliable for cars with CHAdeMO ports. Full charge takes a little more than an hour. Chargers are often located behind businesses and can be a little intimidating (and perhaps unsafe) for women travelling alone at night.
