They think I still have my old phone and when I go to chat to let them know what phone I have now it says I do not have text support Wich In fact I do but not on my old phone is on my new phone so can not get in at all it is poor poor poor crude Need better up dating no stars The answer is yes on the last question but the only two answers that are available is no or not sure the question is was this material u looked at to dat in English yes it is

So far so good, new to this app but cricket wireless has been pretty good. had a few problems with autopay on another account but hopefully have it resolved ,time will tell.
They walked me step by step through the process of fixing my phone and getting messages to come through again. It was simple they were super polite and it took less than 10 minutes total. Great app wonderful people. I hoghly recommend.
This app keeps closing! Everytime I go to open it, it keeps closing. I keep sending reports-still nothing! It still isn't working. It's been working fine for years... What gives?!?!
They claim 24/7 tech support but then I get a message they aren't in the office under certain hour...false advertisement

Should not be included with anything affiliated with Cricket 😂‼️I just received a link from Cricket Customer Service for at&t's Customer Service APP 🤔 This is the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks that I received this same text.. Called Cricket and was informed that they have NO IDEA how this could have happened... I forwarded back their text to show them THEIR TEXT.. The response I received was "hmm"? ~End Of Story~ BTW: The Photo Vault App... ONLY works for iPhones !! No Android..
Not that hard guys don't know about the app but just call somebody will eventually pick up if you got Cricket protect plus the $11 option it's even better. If you don't have Cricket protect Plus what are you doing with your life.

Today sevice number does not answer. I need live voice support. Chat could no help me connect with sevice. Chat is a diaster for reinstall app but new app didnt have phone no or chat feature. Would not recommend
My voicemail has not worked since I switched to cricket, but apparently to talk to someone I need to pay an extra 11 dollars a month.

The app is not working it says inactive will not let me talk to a teck when I call customer service they don't know what it's saying when I took it to the store they don't know I can't change my voicemail can't talk to nobody
Was quick and easy reset one thing in system and restart phone and it works fine again
as an expert this does not do anything to help me it's not even though it doesn't even help there is no help issue to your expert it's all a sales
Scince ibout and paid for the app and i hanvnt been able to usr it once. Its allways froze up.

I ha protection on my phone and the app keeps saying that I do not have protection on my phone yet I am paying for it
"Cricket Customer Care lies to you for good survey ratings." Their own store employees said that exact sentence. Wrote a review on a different cricket app, only for Cricket to ignore every word and tell me that my phone can be replaced. Why would I call customer care AND go to a store if I hadn't already replaced my phone? Why did nobody at customer care tell me that my 6 month old phone is breaking because *LG IS STOPPING MOBILE OPERATIONS* AND CAUSING MANY OF THEIR PHONES TO MALFUNCTION.

Update: If you understand the basics of using a smartphone or know how to find information on the internet, this app is not worth it. 98% of the time, they tell you to call the carrier anyways. A representative told me the only purpose of the app is to try to keep you from needing to file a claim with troubleshooting. That's not daily device help like they advertise.
