No longer works at all. Locks with a nothing error. Ie no details. I would find new programmers who can write code that works and has error reporting. Loops when you click to get out of it. Fairview has great doctors so why junk apps?

Just downloaded for Android. To start an account, one must first enter Name , then birth date. The app only allows one to swipe through 1 month at a time from the default, Jan 1980. I was born in Sept 1952. Do you seriously expect me to scroll 336 times to get to my birth month?! This will take about ten minutes by my calculation. This is asinine. Waiting for next revision.

Just don't. The app doesn't support mail order as a default, and customer support is inept. This app subtracts value from Fairview. They should discontinue and terminate those responsible. Phone in your refills. That still works.
