Fasting Made Simple
What usually comes to mind when most people hear of Intermittent Fasting (IF), is that it is just another crazy fad diet to lose weight with little effort. However, it isn't a diet at all, but rather an eating pattern. It’s not what you eat, but when you eat it that is important.
Depending on what type of fasting you schedule, you generally will have a time window where you are allowed to eat all the food you want. As soon as that window is over though, you don't eat ANYTHING until the window comes up again. For example, a common approach is a 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window every day.

Pros: Easy to use. Home screen widget provides the needed information at a glance. Scheduling fasting days is easy/nicely designed. App colors are easy on the eyes in dark mode. Cons: Home screen widget occasionally goes blank in the data fields. Home screen widget data occasionally fails to update. Lacks a simple 'Start'/'Stop' button for a custom fast (just a timer) without having to go through a schedule (listing a scheduled end time). Note: Using Samsung Note 10+ Android 12

Simple design and easy to use. A great fasting tracker. You can also log bodyweight. The only thing that would put this app over the top in my opinion is a widget that would show your fasting time much like what you see in the app. Even still, this is an excellent free, no bs, fasting tracker app.

I love it! A very simple, easy to use tracker. I'm using it in manual mode so just press the button to end fast and it automatically starts an eat period until I hit the button again to start another fast. It records all the periods which are available in both written and graph formats. There is the facility to manually edit the record if needed. If preferred you can set a weekly fasting schedule. Very small add bar at the bottom of the free version but for under £3 I got rid of it.

Good app. Easy to use. Unobtrusive Ads. The ads are so unobtrusive that I ended up paying to have them removed. Most apps of this type have large pop up ads. This one does it right so I paid for it. Also, most fasting apps are subscription based. Again a big no-no as it makes them too expensive. Notifications do not work though which limits the usefulness of the app.

The app is great and simple. There's a timer counting down your fasting time, and a timer counting down your eating time which is something no other apps do! But it only gets three stars from me because the whole reason I wanted this app was because I wanted to be notified when my fasting starts or ends. Despite giving the app permissions on my phone and turning on notifications in the app settings, I do not get any notifications, which defeats the purpose of the app.

They changed their interface so I changed my review. There used to be a button which says "Start Fasting" and now the buttons says "Stop Eating". It's subtle but this makes a big difference, and not in a good way. "Start Fasting" = something great I'm doing for my body. "Stop Eating" makes me think of deprivation. I used to love this app. Why would you change it? Deleted.

When I looked up apps to keep up with my Intermittent fasting hours, websites claimed Zero was the most popular. To me it was mediocre and quite confusing. This app is more simple and straight forward and I get to manually put in the times. My goal is always 16/8, but for the most part it always goes pass 16 and I like to keep up with that

The scheduling is really great but misses one important / useful feature - the ability to shift the schedule back or forward by days. We are not robots in full control of our bodies, so it's easy to get out of sync with the schedule. Looking at the schedule gives me willpower boost and comfort, but It's not very pleasant to look at the schedule and having to do mental arithmetic of moving the schedule by one or two days in time to align it with current reality

Hoping that this app will update so that you have the option to start your fasting window when you close your feasting window and vice versa. Aside from that it is very easy to use and you can record all your information in one place (weight, measurements, body fat). I also appreciate that you can add or edit fast/feast info as needed!

I'm liking this app. you can create your own schedule, which i do, record your weight, adjust when you start or end off-schedule, back up and restore. no subscription, no attempt to force you into social. no battery drain. if you want to try intermittent fasting, this is, for me, the best app.

Has everything I want, and more! The only thing I dislike is having to figure out my BMI and enter it manually. Other than that, brilliant. Has a fasting widget, has the option to schedule fasts or enter manually, has a place to record weight as well as body measurements. Fantastic. Better than all others I've tried in the past. I like the app. One feature I really like is being able to change the start/end times of my fast/eat window if I did not remember to do it in real time. I was previously using it on iOS but now using it on android. One difference is that on the android the app allows you to say when you started and stopped eating as well. You would think it is self explanatory then when you stop eating your fast is starting and vice versa but the app requires both be inputed which is silly.

App does exactly what I need I normally don't do reviews, but this app is excellent it shows your fasting time, and it shows the time your eating, you can also adjust your time and dates ex if you make a mistake on eating and fasting times. You can also set the entire week..plus it's free

Update: back to 5 stars. Looked at other fasting apps but came back to this because of functionality, reminders, custom fasting schedules (I like to shake things up). Love the app Had to edit this review. Seeing that the icon has changed, I can only assume there was an update. Thys being said, I don't get notifications anymore.

Used to be great. I liked this app for its notifications and automatic schedule. But for at least the last 6 months, the notofications don't work. I've emailed more than once with no response and no fix. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. Ive checked all phone and app settings and nothing. Time to.move.on to a new app.

I downloaded 2 different IF apps. This one is more intuitive than the other, which also had really good reviews. I like the scheduler because it is easy to adjust based on my schedule week to week. Also, the days just go from fasting to eating time on it's own. Very good app!!

Best fasting timer I have tried, being able to set up your schedule/ configure each day makes more sense to me, I also prefer the layout of this app it's clean & intuitive. Only things missing that would make this perfect are theme options (preferably a dark mode), and a widget or persistent notification to view the remaining time outside of the app. Still a very good app, also great that there's no subscription just 1 reasonable payment. thanks

It still doesnt load. I been using this app for over 3 years. It was great but I dont know what change but now it stop loading. I have uninstalled and reset and still not loading and full of ads. Which I believe i paid for no ads 3yrs ago. Just sad... this app helped me lose over 30lbs. Please fix

My favorite feature of this fasting app is that it can count down my eating hours, not just my fasting hours. I love that part. There are preset times that don't work for me. I'd love to see more options for that, like a 18/6 window or 19/5 or to be able to set . I this is possible I'd love to know how. If I could do that I'd give it 5 stars.

Simplest IF app on Play Store. It's a little time consuming to do the initial setup but you can program fasts a week at a time, and there's a list of fasts to choose from. Also there's a learning section for those who are new to IF. I've tried other IF apps and there's no comparison.
