I love this amazing app. I mostly use the app when going to Gyms. So, I can pull up my ID Card digitally on my phone and show the workers. It is very fast and easy to do. Instead of trying to search for the physical copy or thinking I have to drive back home to get my ID Card.
Every time I register it doesn't allow me to. It keeps going back to start me all over again. It's just a waste of time I even installed and reinstall the app no change.
I'd give it zero stars if i could. Every button i press takes me to a empty white page. Nothing happens. Can't even sign in
Whenever I try to order my prescription it never works anymore. Technical support said I'm using a old version and need to update bit there's no way to update

haven't had any problems with it love that I can see my bill and how much I'm responsible for and that before I even get a bill from the doctor it's all explained out
I'm new to fhcp this year and I'm trying to sign up (since its been 2 weeks since I made my first payment and I still haven't received my insurance cards) but when I tap Member Registration, nothing happens. How am I supposed to use my insurance?

App is about as useless as the actual insurance plan. Waste of time. Doesn't work like they say it does.

Hasn't worked for weeks! Called support and forced to leave a msg asking for a call back, but now 3 weeks later and still have not gotten call back!
This is the umpteenth time I have tried to install n use but it just keeps spinning nothing works! Need to fix this problem
Couldn't get anything to load. Just a spinning wheel with the FHCP page visible behind it.
When it worked the app was acceptable, but it hardly ever works.

What a waste of time! It won't accept my password and now I am locked out and of course no one is available to me to help with this since it is the weekend.
