After the most recent update Dec '21, there's a 90% chance if connected to WiFi it will give a ConnectException error. Turn wifi off and it's fine - and it's 110% not my WiFi, as this happens on ANY wifi connection. Works fine on mobile data. Before that, app works great and as expected.
Constantly crashes. I can't even open the app anymore, for the last two weeks straight it errors out and closes. This is after several attempts to deleted the app and install it again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Info is never up to date. Pay a bill or buy something online and it doesn't show up for 3 days after the transaction goes through so it shows a balance that's not accurate. Makes the app pretty useless when it's never correct.
This app was wonderful for years, worked perfectly with no issue. Now, however, you have to enroll in their text banking to receive a security code in order to login. I live in an area without cell service, so this has rendered the app useless for me. Terrible responsiveness from customer service when contacted as well; the rep did nothing to try to find a solution for me, but told me she was sorry and ended our conversation. Very, very disappointing.
Unable to log in even after resetting my password while working with customer service. Same Invalid Credentials error. Not sure what changed but since I've gotten a new phone it won't let me log in after resetting passwords following one successful log in each time. The quick view option only works once then you have to reset your password. Terrible app.
Idk why but for months I haven't been able to sign on to the app. It tells me my log in info is incorrect. My log in info works just fine on the computer so that's not the actual problem. I've deleted the app and re-download it several times. Juat got a new phone 3 days ago and it still isn't working!! Help! I want to be able to check bank info on my phone already! This is ridiculous
I've been using this app for over a year and it's worked perfectly. Now all of a sudden it wont even load past the first screen. I cant even get to the login. It says no network connection even though I do have network connection. This app has been helping so much. Please help.
Garbage. I haven't been able to log in for years with this app no matter how many times I install it or what type of phone I have at the time. I constantly receive errors that tell me to contact the institution. Seems that's the way they want to transact all their remote business, circa 1985. I'm glad this isn't my primary credit union and with different CU's opening in my area I'll likely move my money somewhere that's operating in the 21st century.
Great when it works. "Network connection error has occurred"? I must constantly uninstall and reinstall every week! Try to use the online version it's soo slow! Only every thing else I have all other apps are fine not slow. What's wrong with this?
Terrible. The worst online banking experience of any bank I've ever used. When trying to do anything it will ask for account # and last name, then give an error that says a field doesnt match and some numbers like a general computer error message. On top of that customer service is only available during the hours practically everyone is at work. They make it virtually impossible to do any online banking. Go with someone else.
This app is broken right?? For the last two weeks, when I open it, I get an error message that says "network error", which makes no sense. It's mostly a lackluster app, just like the First Community website. Neither have been improved for years.
Non functioning app on s10+. Used to work but now all that appears is "please enter your password" and no room on screen to enter or even see what you type. GARBAGE dont waste your time with this app.........uninstalled, pre-installed, no change on either phone or tablet. POS
It's fine when it works but lately I've been getting a message while trying to sign in. The message says something about no channels being available and I can't sign it. This makes the app useless.
Whenever i take the first picture for mobile check deposit it shuts down the app and i have to relogin. Tried 4 times to do the deposit and the same thing happened everytime. I used to have no problems doing this on the app before. What gives??? Please fix your app!!
App worked for quite a while, but now it crashes all the time. It especially crashes when I try to make a mobile deposit...which is mainly why I have the app. Frustrating!
I hate this bank. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they are very condescending, no matter what. They are very outdated on everything they do. I've had an account with them since I was 17 (almost ten years) and they just keep getting worse year by year. I'm honestly switching banks.
Seems buggy at best. I get no data to connect issue so I can't log in at times. I'm running android 8.0 so it can't be because my phone is running an old or unsecure operating system.
It appears this app is never updated. Always shows a connection error that you have to override by clicking ok then inputting your password. No excuse for this. Time to leave First Community! ☹️
I've had this app for years now. I'll change review once the next update comes and fixes bugs. I can't even open the app since my phone updated.
Won't let open unless I turn on my data something needs to be fixed
It won't let me do anything other than look at my transactions. No transfers, no bill pay. I have to see the website to get anything done. Very poor app.
I can't log in all I see is remember me and login. What's funny, is my son has the exact same phone I do and he can use it. Not happy at all because where I live I don't have the luxury of running to the bank at any time.
Not the greatest app, it is big, and the mobile deposit works sometimes, but sometimes doesn't. It could be worse, could be better.
Worst banking app! Feels like 1990 loading speeds. Half the time it doesn't even load. Layout is terrible. Please update or you are losing a customer.

as of April 10th 2019 it no longer let's me log in. on my galaxy s7. it's missing the user name and password portion. doesnt seem to fit inside screen.
The app completely crashes every time I attempt to use mobile deposit. VERY irritating, especially this time of year when you need to do some xmas shopping, but can't because your banking app is unreliable and won't allow you to deposit your checks. I would even consider changing banks just to have something more dependable.
