Really, extremely disappointed in the recent update that completely changed the efficiency and usefulness of this app. Instead of being really intuitive and easy to use, it was changed into a rather convoluted and clunky interface. Used the previous iteration (MyFitnessCals) of this app for YEARS with myself and my training clients, but unfortunately, now I'll be looking for a new app to use. Very sad by this.

I edit this to make it 5 star. A fast response to my comment and soon the app was revised and comments incorporated. I've used this off and on for years and find the calorie and macro calculator useful and accurate. I liked the former ability to select different calorie formulas. The refreshed UI is nice. But I notice that the Single Rep calculator is gone. I miss that. Please bring it back soon.

The concept is great but it keeps crashing when trying to add Hemp Seeds to breakfast. I wanted to preview the app before subscribing but I don't want to pay for an app that doesn't work.

2021:update was harder to understand and not as easy to use as the previous version. More unorganized. Had to uninstall. Previous review (2018):Quick calculator for BMI and BMR, macro percentage points, and max reps. Is easy to understand and exactly as advertised.

Been using this app for a while but I was surprised to see an update for the UI, it looks great! I've been using this religiously alongside Myfitnesspal and it's really helped me on my diet and workout goals. The app looked outdated before and now the changes are very welcome.

This used to be the best app. I would have ALL of my health students download this so we could find out AMR and BMR but now the interface is extremely difficult to use and slow. I will not be using this in the future. Terrible update. Very disappointed.

Suggestion: Clicking on "RECENT" tab on the Log Food menu should open the food item with the present date and time (new log) instead of editing the recent entry. Choosing the date and time every time defeats the purpose of the recent tab. Checking and editing previous entries are already available in the Diary.

They changed a bun h of stuff fout of nowhere on this app, which I've had since 2013. Now it has a subscription service and other garbage...stay far away, this app is trash now. There's 100 other places to get the same info for free.

Really good and easy to use. I'm a nutrition coach and trainer and use this app to estimate client Calorie needs. I have found it (especially the Katch-McCadle equation) to be about as accurate as you can expect from predictive equations.

can not convert to metric/ all the diet option need to be bought from fast food restaurants or restaurant. There really is no way to simply add what you have in your home to your diet/calorie counter. The fitness gage also stinks, you can pump in your work out but no calories counted. It seems they just want you to buy stuff such as fir bits or what ever and not really trying to help you figure out your health. I have serious health issues this app wasted my time.
