would be nice to be able to add photo of receipt while looking at the receipt details. current way of uploading photos of receipts feels random to where I'm assuming somehow the claim-proof photo will magically attach to the receipt needing the photo proof. after uploading the photo, in my transaction history, it still shows need receipt.
The app used to be fantastic, but for the past month I have not been able to log in. I constantly get server unavailable. This needs to be fixed ASAP! PLEASE!
It makes it seem like you can submit claims through the app, but actually you can't. It doesn't get processed unless it's submitted through the website.
This app is terrible. I downloaded it over a week ago and get a " server error" ever time I try to log in. Completely useless.
Everytime I try to open the app it says server unavailable. Its easier to use the website on your phone

It's makes your life harder. You can't submit parking and transit receipts using this app with the new update anymore. They move backwards in the development. They can't go beyond small Company mentality. Always fails because of lacking enough resources assigned for testing.
Login Error every time...even when I copied and pasted the information from my web login it still wouldn't work.
Would not identify my password. When I tried to enter the info to search for it it would not allow me to enter my zipcode or ss#.
Same problem as.listed below, it works fine on my laptop but will not let me sign in on this app so its useless. My pw and login are correct online, so deleting this non functional app :/
Keeps erroring incorrect iser name / pw. Have chg'd it twice and it still errors out. Uid/pw combo works quite well via pc browser.
Says username/pw is wrong, but they work fine on PC. Had to reset pw and reinstall. Hopefully it makes claims easier!

This app does not tell you what you need a receipt for. You will need to go to the website first to see what you need a receipt for, then go to app.
Easy to use and convenient
Use to be great and super fast with transactions. Now it says the claim is submitted but I call and it isnt . Easier to use the website

Although I have not submitted anything yet, the install and login went just great. My benefit information shows up correctly and as expected. Can't wait to submit an expense this way.
The app will not accept snapshots taken with Samsung Galaxy S5. So, its best feature not working makes it useless for me.
App seems to work fine but the lack of update notes is concerning and seems lazy. I should not have to hunt down what changes are being made to the app especially when there is a specific place in the play store for those very details.
