Very complete, user friendly and no glitches. I have used it to check balances, upload claim receipts, enter a claim for reimbursement and it is very easy to use.
Been trying to hand in a Receipt for the last 2 months and no matter what I do or who I talk to nothing is resolved they have no record of me but they keep sending me letters Asking me to give them the receipt for a charge on their card. Overall terrible service. Highly do not recommend!
Works fine, very annoying that it won't save dependent care providers and makes you type their information every time.
Poor integration with the phone for the sake of security? No fingerprint - just a 4 digit pin code after forcing manual username/pwd entry? I don't get it.
Most annoying company. They just keep denying legitimate receipts with incorrect excuses. They rejected my Nanny payment because i paid it through payroll. The payroll is necessary as per IRS guidelines and paying for in home nanny services covered under FSA.Now they rejected my bill for FSA medical claim , a gesinger hospital bill saying that they need more detailed bill. Now they reject legitimate Medical claim

Longest hold times ever. I have yet to speak with a person and I have tried to call in everyday this week. I give up after 45 minutes on hold. The reimbursement to the bank account is confusing, I put my info in, and that's it? No deposit verification or anything? I wonder if my funds will actually be sent. The documentation under resource tab is horrible no explanations or videos showing how. I hope I'm getting reimbursed, not even sure I submitted right and no content to show me or comfor
