Since this app was lodged I have never been able to login. Many times I have been to the FNPF office most times staff don't have a clue what's going on all they say that our office internet connection is very weak. I may have been to your office over 5 times yet this app is not working....

The app really needs better optimization, it's so difficult just to login, the app is often down due to server issues and it doesn't correspond with the emails or anything

Everytime I take a selfie while applying for a partial withdrawals, the app keeps closing. Fix it please.

This app is useless, doesnt work at all, cant even log into my account, FNPF seriously needs to work on this app

Some improvements the app needs is that when uploading files from your file manager app and then returning to the app, we shouldn't be logged out. Takes lots of time to upload a file even when I've restarted my device and cleaned my cache.

Absolutely the worst experience ever had with an app. Have been trying for about a week now but it keeps on saying that it is getting the api version. Maybe this could be a another trick by the government to prevent people from accessing their hard earned money. Many like me need to urgently apply during this trying times. HOPE THEY FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Very simple and easy to register. People can't even follow simple instructions to register. Just need to be careful of spacing when entering details. A space at the end of an entry will result in an error. Simple.

Downloaded app but couldn't open and access it. Keeps saying "Getting API version". Its been more then 6 hours now and still no progress. I don't think the internet connection is the problem either cos I have a great internet connection.

I have just tried to login with the email address that I registered for the app and there is an error message that comes up saying that "The email ID entered has not been registered.."Geez, I was one of the first users of the app before Covid and I had been using the same email address all along, what is going on with this app? Please do not confuse us the public, lucky I took a photo of the message because screenshot is not allowed, now it just says getting API version without opening...🤦🏾‍♀️

Unable to view anything after installing app. Only the front page shows with three children. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and still it wont go on to the next part of the app. I have an Android 4.4 version so this app should work fine but it isnt. Please could you do something about that.

Was working fine initially, however after some updates, this app has become a pain. At times it just won't work even though internet is working absolutely fine, and now, a new issue, upon entering my email ID, it says that particular email has not been registered for this service. Please fix this!

1. when you press return button while viewing any account tabs or options you will have to log in again. 2. most of the time the app says connection error please try again after sometime. 3. app couldve been better designed if it were designed by my team. writing codes that improves the app at all times. 4. registration wont even let us register. forgot pin option doesnt work. the app is kaput!

The app is very convenient. Instead of having to print the form and fill it then join a queue to submit it, I just used the app. The application was approved within a week. App is also economical, in terms of time, and helped me be environmentally friendly in that I did not have to driva my fossil fuel powered car to an FNPF branch.

There's no point advertising new features like voluntary member application when you don't even cater for it. Tried it, received an acknowledgement email stating that the application would be reviewed in 36 hours then nothing! Followed up twice just to be told on the second follow up (2 wks later) via the website LiveChat that applications need to submitted in person or via email.

The app is good very good service it helps to check account balance,you can download statements,etc.The only problem is eg.you use the app for a month and say you don't use it for two weeks the email is not recognised by the app the same email fnpf has in their record the same one you used a month ago but following the month after two weeks email is not recognised😡

Last year it was working perfectly after it's update it hasn't work for most phones ... most of my friends and family are going through the same thing . We've refreshed our phones many times but it still doesn't work , all it's saying is "Getting API Version.." please fix it please .

Really bad experience using this app. Has so many bugs that need fixing. Alot of times wen u open the app it says getting api version. And only some times you are able to access the app. Pliz fix the bugs and make it a user friendly app.

I've downloaded AND DELETED this app several times and It keeps loading the API VERSION. This is unacceptable and also Frustrating! If you cannot fix this then delete this altogther!! Wasting our data and time. We need access to our FNPF account but this app is of no use!

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled for more than 20 times and i lost count. I have checked all settings to update app automatically, also updated my phone software n reboot everything. But this app never work.. "getting API version is taking forever"

I don't really know what's up with your app.. Its My first time to register . As soon as i enter the fnpf no#, it keeps saying that's its unable to validate 😠. Like this is the exact number from the fnpf statement, right infront of my face & to make it worse when i tried calling their customer service line, you cant even get through 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ like WTH. Very poor service 👎👎

I applied for phase 4 last week and now I want to check my withdrawal status that is it being processed or not but when I open the app it freezes. It just shows those 3 students in school uniforms. This is really frustrating. Fnpf app guy.. can you fix it asap otherwise soon there will be people protesting about this issue and fnpf will be in very bad image. I'm damn serious here No kidding. FIX THE APP.

Been stuck on the "Getting API version" screen for 2 days max.

After many attempts,phone screen stuck on 'getting API version' now solved. Go to your playstore and update the Google chrome. Than go to your phone settings for applications,and update the google Carrier. Restart phone after both are updated.

The coverage of this app is very poor most of the time,it isn't working either the internet connection has been disrupted or its on maintenance....please do update this app well will help us all in certain situations,it's a one star for now.

What's wrong with this app .i tried to register for mobile app .here comes big problem (no internet connection )my data is working fine .besides i cleared the data for this app .same old problems happens every time . After that i also tried to enter my fnpf #. just to log in Same problem happen every time (no internet connection By the way who created this app it does'nt work at all 😶😶😶

After updating the app I can't even go through to log back in. It just keeps showing the pictures of the three children. Been trying so many times and it's still the same. Can't go through....

What rubbish!!!!!!!!!! What is this "getting API version!!!!!!! The page doesn't load after this.... What's wrong with the app. Can u fix this app... I'm tired of trying to register but nothing loads after that page! Fix this issue!!!idk y the developers aren't working on it!!! I would give this app 0 stars... Very poor customer service by the developers... Fix this issue as we all need to use this app....stop fooling us with apps that don't even work..Developers if u could do smthing about this
