Very basic app Even though my mom is admitted right now and her profile shows up as a patient, but no further details (room number, upcoming surgery, running billing details, outstanding, insurance TPA Update, etc). Even tests and procedures already done on the patient are not visible, no reports too. Hope these features get added so that it is useful for admitted patients. This will decrease the load on reception desks as we can see information on the app. Also it can link to the in-house cafe.

There is no use of this app I feel. From a customer standpoint, booking an appointment slot means booking an appointment at a specific time and date. However after booking, when u reach the hospital, there is a whole different queue going on which prioritizes new patients. The doctor's assistant reached out to me and mentioned the same a day before the appointment. So i feel if the hospital doesn't even know the basics of an appointment timing, it shouldnt have wasted money on building this app.

I had a misconception that Fortis is one of the best hospitals in kolkata. But I from my personal experience can tell that it is nothing but another 3rd class clinic. Even those clinics in rural areas serve better. 1. Fortis is unorganised and unsystamatic. 2. Misleads the patients and provides wrong information. 3. Communication and technical facilities are very poor. 4. Provides very Very poor customar support (far worse than a govt. hospital).

Worst online medicine order delivery app. They never deliver your order on time. You always have to reach out to the customer care to expedite the delivery. They will ask you to wait certain time but still would not be able to deliver on time. Not going to order from here anymore.

I totally agree with Pratibha and her views with regard to this app It's a useless app designed by Fortis which does not serve any useful information to patients or customers. It shows numerous id's in my case with no provision to delete the wrong ones..I tried to edit them but all efforts are gone waste. You do not have the full list of doctors as I tried to book an appointment with Dr.Sujoy Maitra and his name is not there in the list. Overall it calls for most POOR in rating.

Don't know why the login session times out and we have to get OTP every time. This is not a banking app.. also no feature to download payment receipt.

One of the worst app. Pateint is severely ill here and you are asking so much info. And it is way more costlier than prcato. Regret to download. Because after heavy attempts managed to fill details and app struck at payment page. Now booked from practo in just 3 clicks.

For app ....it does not address the issue...you have time ups with companies for pre employment medical check up and there is no option for booking appointment.and ur website and caht box also doesnt help...and ur numbers also redirect to download app which also doesnt help

This is a fraud app. I booked my follow-up appointment where the appointment was free, but when I went to hospital visit after booking my free appointment I was charged for it ₹1,200/-. This app is not connected to the reception of Fortis hospital Mulund

extremely useless app. it doesn't have basic functionality to reset the password or pin if user already exists

This app seems to be developed by a college student for a hobby project. Here are my issues with the app: 1) after consultation is done, the appointment does not show up in Past appointments 2) you don't get a receipt for the payment done in app for booking an appointment. Such a big miss. Do I really need to call finance dept every time to get a receipt? 3) Tried book marking a doctor but that flow is broken too. Just way too many issues with the app to list here.

App lacks user experience. No way you can connect with doctor through this app you have to install Teams for video call.. No prescription was shared not even on the app email or whatsapp

Paid 1200 for teleconsultation but doctor did not show up. After the harrowing experience of anxiously waiting for doctor for hours, the fees has not been refunded despite complaining multiple times. Didn't expect this from a reputed establishment (in name only). No action from fortis after asking for contact information.

It is not straightforward to book an appointment for someone else, the drop down menus need tweaking

payment system not working properly on iPhone, every time I have to borrow an android phone to pay online.

Rashbehari - Pathetic waiting policy. Follow up (even to show a report) is chargeable (Rs 100). Additionally, one has to wait for a proper number system. Last time i waited from 10.30am to 1pm just for announcements to start. And now I'm told they can't even have me show the report without having to wait for what feels like half a day gone! Announcements are vague with no doctor names.. Just the department. So transparency and accountability is absent. And this they feel is the right way to go!

Worst facility in hospital plus this app is irritating. I had an appointment for 11.10am and i was on time. None was there but doctors kept me waiting as they were just laughing and gossiping loud in their office. Patient seems a joke to them. I asked so many times but i got cold response from the reception too. This is not the experience I was expecting after posting Rs 2500 as consultation fee.

The app is useless as if you take appointment and reach hospital . You still have to wait and it is same as taking token at the hospital. Minimum waiting period for your scheduled appointment is 1hr.

I am trying to apply discount coupon code for Chartered accountants of Jaipur for OPD consultation appointment but after writing coupon code the app doesn't move ahead

Worst app experience. No way to login. It says mobile and email exists for user but when i try to forget/set mpin it says mobile number not found. How ridiculously complicated and pathetic. All i want to do is book an appointment and here im struggling with stupid IT issues.

This app does provide very good services it is very useful and easiest way to book an appointment and any other services . And big thing is easy to use of this app for everyone no any difficulty face while using this app.

Every time need to login and also no information available of registered patients report and prescription

Made online payment for opd consultation but invoice not generated . Consultation not be visible in past appointments.

Nightmare getting issues resolved. I booked an appointment via this app and paid online. The doctor was not available and I asked at the reception to cancel the appointment. I have been trying since a week to get the refund but all I get are transfers from one number to another. The accounts department never picks up the call.

Worst service ever.We have to wait for 3 hour for appointment.. We book online but that not in use.there service and quality is worst ever.. If u can never came here for chekup..worst ever.
