Poor always shuts down and requires new password entry if it works. Too many people on the same bandwidth channel and switching to something other than a congested auto isn't always easy. Talking to customer service is a joke they have no clue. Just read prompts without listening. They are the rudest bunch of people. Then if you're lucky after hours of frustration you get someone who knows their job
Not a fan. Downloaded it to avoid paying service charge for paper statement. I am enrolled in autopay as well. You can't make any changes to your service. They make it extremely difficult to do so with this company in general.
App has basic things like viewing your bill or troubleshooting issues. The New Fiber Optic internet is NIIIIICE! I have been a Frontier customer almost a decade now and their service is awesome.
It's very meh. But I'm stuck with it. Have problems with app connectng to router. Might have to call customer support. Yuck.
I need to update my auto-pay info and downloaded the app because their website won't load. Well, the app won't load either. I can log in, but that's as far as it gets.
How do I watch TV on the go now? Did yawl take away this function with this new app? This is very frustrating. Taking away services but charging more in monthly fees.
App doesn't work, doesn't find my phone number or address so I can't log in? Called their customer service and they are useless, could not help. But the ultimate issue is their shady business practices, they don't honor your referral fees and the $200 VISA rebate. If you have other options, I would look someplace else.
The problem is that it was fine up until they decided to update it and require more space on my device. This literally causes me to be unable to use it now to pay my bill... Even after clearing up space on my device, it refuses to update...
I was forced to update the app and now it doesn't work. Load times are 5 minutes long and it won't test my router, allow me to access my account info, or pay my bill.
Doesn't work, signed in but no info is displayed and get the same error message over and over.
Never go with them. I had very bad experience with billing. Even they over charged for the days which I dint use and disconnected the service before it. We have to pay complete billing cycle even if we stop the service in between.
Like everything else with Frontier, this app doesn't work! I can't set up autopay or any other options. Why bother to develop this? There's no way to contact support or get help, and it provides little other useful information. Not even a GD phone number to call!!
The concept of the app is great. However, I don't think it works very well. You can't adjust anything with your internet plan or notify customer service of an outage or report an issue from the app with just a few clicks like its advertised. Also, it suspiciously says my download and upload speed is the exact same number every day. I'm sure the number fluctuates within a few decimal points or more just like cell phone signals do. I think the app needs some work but I like the overall concept
It's so bad I cant even give a star. I can't login to the app, the tech never left anything or info with my mom, customer service is saying 24 hours , I don't think so just another big corporation taking your money and just passing the buck around, so it's buyer beware. I'm not happy even giving a star just to post
Got signed into the app. However, the most important functions of the application do not work. I can't view network traffic. Or, change my password from the application.
I've had my service for months bit yet the app still says waiting for my service to be completed. Not sure what the problem is
Maddening..... frustrating.... typical frontier. App was horrible to begin with. Then Feb 23,2022 it required an update. After the update was installed now it cycles between saying the app needs to be updated and the play store which says open or uninstall the app. I wish we had other choices for rural Internet.
I have reentered my ID and new passwords at least 4 times. This is the most inept app I have ever downloaded. Constantly says wrong I'd or password. Never able to access my info.

My service was interrupted because of a past due amount that DID NOT reflect in my online account, as far as I'm concerned I was blind sided!! Absolutely no warning of a past due balance!!! It only showed my upcoming payment due! Which I adjusted in my monthly budget! Very miss leading. I tried to resolve the problem but got nowhere. They were not willing to work something out! I guess their only out for their own profit!! Steer clear! Find an alternative provider!
A well built app. Easy to navigate. I don't pay my internet bill any other way. I wish I could change my wifi password and other wifi settings through the app though. Using the website to change wifi settings isn't very easy. It would be nice to be able to use the app to see who all is connected and do things like block or set time limits for certain devices/IP addresses. But it works nicely for what they built it to do. View/pay your bills, check download/upload speeds, etc.
The MyFrontier app has been a terrible experience for me. I sporadically receive bills via email. And as far as text alerts, I haven't been receiving those as well. Now the service. If you have any issues with service, you are on your own. Internet service constantly disconnects and reconnects randomly. Our TV service continues to pixelate on different channels, different TVs, and at different times. I wouldn't recommend this service.
REDICULOUS. So they upgrade the app which is how I have always paid my bill. I can no longer access the app. Just says there is a problem try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, spent hours and days on the phone with customer service and no one knows how to fix it!! Its an app, it's not hard!! Will be switching carriers far too many silly issues with Frontier, consider this app upgrade the straw that broke the camel's back!
Useless app, have to drill down several levels just to pay a bill, once I'm on auto pay it should highlight that on the home screen. Oh and don't click any links at the bottom or turn your phone to landscape to read more or they will log you out. Get with the program Frontier, add some upgrades with all the money your saving on customer service and add-on fees and fix your app. Lastly, add fingerprint login, this is 2019, not 1996.
Update they fixed some issues. Errors never worked. Every time I try to login said error or not linked to my account. I have to call it in to pay a bill. Very bad my worst experience with an app for a bill to pay ever. I don't ever write bad reviews but this should be fixed otherwise it seems like they just want you to auto pay and I will not do that. Why can't you just make it work?
