Horrible app Satellite view, can't zoom in Login. Doesn't save info I'll stick to the website
Not as many futures as syncfleet. I was upgraded from T-Mobile syncfleet to MyGeotab, thinking it was going to be better or at least same. To my surprise, I'm now paying same price of what I was paying with T-Mobile syncfleet, but with only 65% of futures. I think I might switch later to another provider.
Used to work well, now constantly freezes or completely crashes when you try and zoom in or move the map. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still unusable.
I cant create route plan on android app as I get error "The distance between waypoints cannot be estimated because you dont have a map provider API key". Tried to updated my google map but still no improvement. Please help.
App was good. For the last few days swipe and pinch to zoom does not work on map navigation.
Everything was working fine until this week when the app and the website on mobile have both been giving me the following error: Error during loading: RequiredScripts?i=GCU.//local&x=geotab.default Geotab still works on a desktop.
works just like pc based app, I use it for work. we have 1000s of trucks. my only complaint is always having to use 2 fingers to move around when one would do.
Not android friendly!!! With update will not move on map use to be move with 2 fingers now won't move with 1 or 2 stuck where truck was the zoom works but losses truck
Hi, the app was working really well previously. But now i can only zoom but could not move the map around?
I'm having the worst time trying to reinstall it on my new phone * . . .it is pure junk*
Downloaded no problem but keeps throwing me an error when I try to register so uninstall
Won't save password. (this bugs me a good bit, especially when you check save username, and it doesn't even do that!) Can't see detail on trucks. No trip data. I use the app on my personal phone (note 8) and it's only good to see real time where drivers are. When I use my IPhone 7 I can go in a see trip data and all logs, including violations. It's sad such a strong app has no updates. I've been using Geotab almost a year and these problem has followed me from a Note 7, to S7 Edge to my current Note 8. Personally, it's ridiculous to pay $20/month/vehicle and not get some sort of features added.
Won't remember the user or password even if you check remember me. This is very annoying to the end user.
Won't Save Password and difficult To Login Always Tells Me Wrong Username or Password but sometimes it will login just fine.
Does not save log in details even when you tick remember me. Also the app will not load anymore after the latest update!
Runs well. Smooth and lite. Constantly having to log back in. Won't save password. Using the Web page until this is fixed.
Very good, but lately I can't see any trips history on my fleet. It keeps showing no activity. Is there a possible fix for this?

Eh. The app used to work great but all of a sudden it keeps saying wrong user and password. Definitely isn't the case, it works fine in a browser. Fix the mobile app please.
