Myghpay has a wonderful payment platform albeit it takes several business days before they are able to reverse simple failed transactions. Thus, if you use this app to make payment and it fails, expect to wait several days to a week or two before getting your money back! This has decreased my use and interest in the app and continue to err on the side of caution anytime I use it. Other than that, it can be efficient.
I have used this app for a year with no issues. Its a good one. Recently, I am not able to log in, I am told to uninstall it and reinstall to update it, I have done this several times, I keep getting the same feedback
They just increased charges so I'll rather uninstall and use MTN transfers
The app restarts automatically and I haven't been able to use it make a single transaction. It's very unfortunate. I have reinstalled it over 3 times.
It's good. Back end stability seems like a little bit of an issue sometimes generating errors sometimes. Biggest problem though is that for mobile transfers, you cannot put a custom note makes this limited use because some MoMo payments require a custom note.
Great app though.. Kindly work on the Reciept part. After transaction are done for instance making official payments, after the final step, it should be able to show u a full receipt.. Even when you go to Transaction History and u click on view Reciept, it only tell you downloading and it never does Kindly work on that for us. Thanks
Very very poor customer service. I will not recommend this app to a friend. I don't know when my transaction will go through and when my money will be locked up. It took them forever to refund my money for about four transactions that didn't go through. Remember that they are a lot of very good banking apps there. With my experience with you, I don't think you are ready to compete...
This app makes transfers across different platforms and service providers so easy. At first you couldn't confirm the recipient when doing mobile money transfers, but that's been fixed now and has improved the extra convenience the app gives. Great job.
This app is a good app, but takes forever to revase a failed transaction. I have reported a failed and a pending transactions for more than a week and it has still not been resolved. If you can work on that then app could deserve a 5 Star.
I wanted to give them half star. Worst app ever. My 2020 GHC has been stuck with them for over a week now (since April 29) cuz the app didn't send the money to recepient even though the money was deducted from my momo wallet. I've made tons of calls to them only to always hear "it's pending, we r working on it". I've planned on suing them next week if I don't get my refund and they'll pay my money with interests and court cost. Never use this app for any payment more than cedi. Not worth it
App interface and interaction is good. Just a few issues when adding u some MoMo Accounts. Kindly update also with the option of adding Debit Cards as payment option for improved rating. Thanks.
Simply the best... Fast, convenient and absolutely free. However, it is currently not working. It's asking me to update it on playstore. Meanwhile, it is already on auto update.
Good idea, but the whole user interface is just impossible to navigate, there's just so much to scroll through. I get screen sickness from all the scroll and eyeball movement
I Have been using this App for a while now and the experience was good. But these past few days I am having a second thoughts about using it. My money has gotten locked up with them while transferring it to someone and it's taking forever to get the money back. What if it's an emergency...
Cannot sign in on new phone I've changed my phone and I'm trying to sign into the app, however it keeps "The device field name is required" What does that even mean??? Before that it worked fine, no complaints
Am getting "Update required, we have a critical version that requires an update, kindly close the app and visit the app store/ playstore to update. Thank you" But when I come to playstore there no update. Please help!
I signed up, that moment was great. But, unfortunately, can't log in again. Have reset the password severally, but to a naught. Always, the email and password are invalid till date problem unsolved. How come?
I am yet to use the app to pay for a product or service. I suggest you make it possible for users to delete entries in the TRANSACTION HISTORY section of the app. Users should be able to clear the transaction history if they want to. Make the buttons/links more sensitive to touch.
One of the best mobile banking apps out there in Ghana. Whether you are a client of GTBank or not, you can sign up and transfer MoMo to all networks at no charge. They take the exact amount you want to transfer (eg.100 cedis) and transfer that exactly without any sevice fees nor deductions from the transfer amount. Myghpay app is actually the best.
Fix the Errors.. When I click MobileMoney, the App restarts. Other functions are also not working. But I have to use the payment history (pay again) to send money. Please fix it. But you've done a good job.
What's the need in using this app if your money can't be retrieved... I sent money to a customer using this app but the costumer called to inform me that she hasn't received the money yet the money was deducted from my account. I tried calling you (ghpay) to complain about the situation but no one answered my calls... Kindly retrieve my money for me cos it's been on depending since Monday
This app is fast, efficient and reliable. I haven't experienced any threat or bug yet and if I do I will review this write-up. In fact, for any legit business transaction or payment I recommend that you use MyGhPay. MyGhPay, the best!
The most awful app I have ever used my transaction failed and it passed 72 hours I don't have any money in my wallet and my money has not been reversed the most annoying thing is wen u get to the office they tell 24hrs yet still 😑 I really regret using the app
Your app was one of the best money sending apps in Ghana until the introduction of the E-Levy. Now the telcos have agreed to reduce their transaction fees from 1% to 0.75% and when a transaction is being made you still charge the old 1% for the telcos. Why is that? And again you charge service fee which was previously not there. This E-Levy has become advantageous for some merchants paa ooo
Since the introduction of the E-levy, myghpay app has stop working. The app keep telling me there is a critical update. So I need to update the app. But there is no new update of the app. What could be the problem?
Infact this app is very frustrated, when they get your money they don't want to reverse it back to you.....is not a good app. Be very vigilant
Good app But have a problem in activating a virtual card, expectialy trying to pay money into it. It says payment method invalied You guys have to get that fixed
Convenient with good UI. Recommended.
