Login doesn't work a lot of the time. It says "null". Requests don't work either. It also doesn't accurately report/tell you the schedule. It once said there were like six people scheduled for overnight, and none of them were scheduled. Its a good idea, just needs to be fixed and touched up.
Although my store has not rolled out the new reflexis yet, being able to see my time card each week has been an amazing experience. I am greatly excited to see what I can do once we roll out this app 100%! I have not experienced any issues thus far.
Overall have never had a problem. But what is the point of this ap if it's going to delete all the requests you put in when you switch stores? That doesn't seem like something that should be happening since it is all connected.
I keep trying to sign on to see my schedule and info. It's just a white screen. Iv tried updating, deleting and downloading again. Nothing works, please fix!
It used to work very well but all of the sudden it stopped working and now it is a blank screen. Several people would like to see their schedule so this needs to be fixed ASAP.
App worked fine until it updated recently. Now it just says Page Expired everytime i try to log on. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and even restarted my phone, nothing has fixed it.
I used to think this was a great app, then almost a week ago it stopped working. It was just a blank screen, I haven't been able to see anything or do anything with this. Needs fixed asap.
For the last several days i haven't been able to see anything but a white screen after i sign in. Mgr said wawa email said we need to go to app store to update, and there should be an update prompt. There's no update to click on. Please fix !!
Really enjoyed the app until it said i needed to change my expired password and that form will not load. It keeps timing out and now I have no access to any part of the app.
Not very intuitive. Need a lot of help from managers when trying to navigate/request off or switch
Phone broke put app on new phone wouldn't accept correctly entered sign in ,changed password still wouldn't accept sign in. But old phone you could sign in and it signed in with new password. Deleted app on old phone ,still didn't work with new phone!
I followed all the directions per email for the update. It is still not updating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing....
Very inconsistent , when a mistake is made it takes forever for the change to happen if it does at all. To be perfectly honest can't stand it.
Tells me not safe. It says my password has expired, but when I answer security questions which I know my life , so I know my answers ...it blocks me and says call help desk. This is ridiculous, how can I do anything with my schedule, like see when I work , if it wont let me in. Really bad app, lots of bugs that need to be fixed. How do I get into the thing if it won't properly work , how do I put in for my pto if it won't work ?? HELP!! ALSO TELLS ME ITS NOT SAFE!!
If you work for wawa this app is great for double checking or always having a copy of your schedule as well as if you need to request off or even change your availability
This thing does not work I know what my damn password is and it never recognizes it except for once in a blue moon. And I know this will never get fixed cause wawa it is incompetent and lazy.
When I sign on it brings me to a blank page. I can't see when I'm scheduled next, nothing comes up. Please fix this issue!
The app stopped working 2 weeks ago and i have tried to unistall it and reinstall it and all i see after i log in is a white screen.
App wont load when I try to log in and when i do get in and try to click the schedule it will keep saying loading and never appear
It's great when you can log in!!! Been using it, them all of a sudden it doesn't recognize me!! What's up with that!!
it says download pending and my preferences are set to wifi only but i have access to wifi. wont download for some reason.

As a Manager I wish I could see the week view of schedule. The shift swap thing really didnt get used . When you put in paid time off you have to make sure you differentiate between days off and paid time or it will scew up your available balance.

So far, so good! Every time I've needed this app, it works wonderfully. Aesthetically pleasing & creative layout choices. The "Timecard" function is my favorite. Timecard records all clock punches. It also clearly displays hours worked daily & weekly in the appropriate places. Some features that I would love to see our developers add are: 1.) The ability to export Timecard data (.pdf, spreadsheets, etc.) and 2.) The ability to sync Weekly Schedule data with Google calendars or other similar calendar apps Altogether, thrilled for the convenience that comes along with an app like this. Welcome to the modern world, Wawa!
