After the latest updates I am not able to buy only 4g pack. Only 4g packs are unpressable. Btw I can not able able to buy Spotify with gp balance. I have more than sufficient amount of balance in mobile. I put every info correctly and also received the pin. But after putting the pin It's showed me that I didn't have proper balance.

Pls fix the widget. None of my new phones can view the widget properly, in my symphony which has stock android the widget does not fits with screen width and height is too high, looks like a big square and on my other Poco phone which has MIUI it also does not fits with screen width but height is fine.

The app was very helpful for me. But nowadays it shows network problem rather there is no net problem. I can't log in. It shows something went wrong again and again. Please fix the problem. I am very anoint for this. Thank you.

This is super annoying downloaded the app and tried to login but it says could not connect every single time. Every internet pack is awfully overpriced and they can't even provide a stable application, totally bs

The app needs a dark mode or dark theme. Still a really well designed UX/UI, intuitive and easy to use.

Although my phone is 4G enabled and the sim also, but my GP is not allowing me to buy 4G packs after the last update. Earlier I was using 4G packs. Really disappointed to lose 25GB+ data because I was unable to buy 4G packs this month. I decide to leave GP unless they give me the value of my loss!!! Shameful service! Disgusting!!!

Apps content and interfacing is good but too much bug. Maximum time show info not synchronised check internet connection & refresh, where phone is already connected to internet. Login problem..etc. Try to fix them that will be good for users.

When I recharge the money, if there is any offer with the money I am recharging, it automatically buys the offer. I think it's a stealth job. After recharging, I checked that I don't have any money in my phone. I saw that the offer contained as much money as I had invested in the pack. A very bad app.

Can't find any useful content, app should have more extra features but it has nothing new . I'm a platinum user I didn't get any useful gesture from company or others . Using this GP sim for 15 years & more so I strongly protest that

The history sistem is not right. I have so many calls but it show fews. And also the history shows my list after so many times.

You should notify about data expiry date. On the other hand I very much disappointed for poor network speeed. Sometimes I think we are again going to the days of 2G network.

App is good but you have to need some changes. Like, when anyone wants to go to in My gp application through mobile data on, after that they Charged from balance if I haven’t data. You need to solve it and free for my gp application.

It is used very easy. Some offer is enjoyeble. Some is very costly. Hope cheap rated offer given popularity its. Otherwise, it so nice to me.

Why the 10 GB package is not available??? The rest package are not needed for me and also they are meaningless costly! The experience with Grameen phone is now so disgusting because of your this type offers. You should also think about all category users. Please fix this.All are not able to buy meaningless costly and not needed packages. The experience is becoming so disgusting with the internet data package offer.

I am extremely fed up with this app. It does not work on my internet data renewal date. I have lost my huge data several times.

What a bad app it is!! i never get the proper service on time... The other sim app like banglalink, robi apps are good then this app.. Every time i entered the app i always get the bad internet issues 👎

Wrost helpline service. Cannot give any solve.A annoying service... I notes a problem..in 2021 and now 2022. And they say.Your problem notice are in panding.i recommend that we should come out fron the sim.i just facing a problem in 2 days.I can't using my data. Social media cannot texting calling network down.ii Lit really contacted with their helpline but thy cant give me any solve.. In my area people who using gp thy cant texting cahtting normal calling. I have been facing issue on flexiload or internet package buying through card. Following is how a dev or manager could reproduce the issue. 1. Exhaust previously bought internet MB. 2. Then you do not have any MB at all, but suppose you've 40 taka in your sim account. So, generally, I seems to be able to buy an 1GB package using 38 taka without any internet. 3. After that, I try to buy another large internet package using Visa Card and it Just loading and loading in the webview of sslcommerz.

Last update is just worst. Some Sms buying option has been eliminated. Also when trying to make suitable variation of different pack, is stuck and shows not possible.!!

manage account can't work. when i want to manage accounts , the send a messege but when i get permission to tap link on message . it show . the link is expired . i request to gp mannager to fix the problem soon.

I rate it 1 star for the company management.Although app is good but the price of the offer are so high that a normal people can not pay for just 1 gb.The price should be reduce.Or I will shift to other sim operator. I saw that robi and banglalink is providing good network service and good offer to the price point.So be serious Grameenphone.

Awesome app. Got gp points. Made flexiplan, balance recharge and balance transfer everything. But you can't use this app in offline. It's awful😔😔😔

In My GP application I have to face a problem in internet connection. Although I have connected my internet network in app it's showed that info not synced. Chek connection & refresh. I need solution. Please help me

This is a very good app but not enough. Because no more than one number can be added. Update needed very soon. Please update so that we can add multiple numbers. (Thank you very much, we will benefit greatly if this change is made in the next update.)

Nowadays, i noticed that this "My GP" app and GP management becoming very poor serviced. It do not response fast as well as before. For that reason many gp users & me also facing some problems. So, GP management should be very conscious about that for their better reputation...

Very worst performing Sometimes can't connect with the number Uses of mb and talktime are not up to dated For knowing exact balance I have to refresh which is very much disgusting

I think this app doesn't deserve 1 star.When i start using this app it was really great but now i can't use this app it shows login problems it's really irritating plz fix this problem or close this useless app

Recent update made the app horrible. You cant buy 4g internet in flexiplan on any combination. Also contacting help center seems quite impossible. Had to downgrade these raining for this.

Its pretty bad. U cant sort out the offer. And it will show you exatly the same package for 2 different rate. But good thing is all the ads are in full hd. Forget to mention its damn slow. Once i bought same package twice becasue i thought it didnt registered first time coz it was taking too much time

Very bad app network is too slow and data pack price is too costly.totally it is a unnecessary app. The authorities should be solve this ploblem.
