I was charged extra (tip added then asked to tip when paying) I didn't notice at first but this was a business trip so when I went to submit the receipt I noticed the extra on the online receipt. I emailed to get this fixed and still have not received a response (this was in the first 3 months of 2019) I will never use this company again.

Single mom who uses this s3rvice to get my two kids whwre they need to be whan im workimg. I can follow the trip, I know what the deiver looks lile and all numbers to idenify them. Plus, no need for my kids to carry money, I can pay for the trip and leave a tip online.

Very well done with this app, serves the purpose of quickly calling a can and getting where you need to go on time. Just a small issue, the UI will hide the confirm button for updating your personal profile behind the Android status bar.
