Before downloading this App, please understand that additional hardware is required. A Bluetooth OBD2 adapter is required(ELM327) and should be plugged into the OBD2 socket of the car on the driver side.
Presented in an easy to read layout, your device will show you:
- Instant power drawn from the the main traction battery
- indication showing when the friction brakes are applied
- Graph of instant power of each of the electric motors
- Clear bar chart showing temperature of battery, transmission, AC/DC converter and gas engine coolant
- Energy utilization breakdown for main traction, HVAC, Battery heater and other components
- Daily statistics as energy usage, electric and gas miles
- Actual and raw state of charge of the battery
- Min, max and average cell voltage
- And a lot more data from selectable sensors
Both metric and Imperial units are supported
This application makes use of HighCharts libraries (www.highcharts.com)

in he market for a used Volt, so I was looking for an app similar to Dr. Prius to check the battery health, which this app doesn't do, but you can show min/max/avg cell voltage (which is better than nothing, but capacitor and ability to charge/discharge is what's needed). Cell volt is not displayed by default! you have to go to settings, remove something (connect time) and add it instead. Lots of other stuff I haven't fully used/appreciate yet, but will sure do when I get a volt. Thank for the app!
App force closes every time I try to connect my wifi OBD2 adapter. I'll get a BT one and see if it's my phone or the adapter. I've heard some really promising things about the app, I can't wait!
great potential but i really wanted to see energy usage along the route. it says it wont load in demo version but can't see a way to get a different version. also dashboard not working with recommend ed obdii
the "help" tab, leading to the website shows it was taken down. No longer supported? Is that because the Volt is no more? Great. GM kills off another plugin, in favor of big land barges.
Wonderful app to shed light on the inner workings of the Volt. Easy to check so many parameters like charging power. Handy logs.

You rock for creating such a unique and in-depth program for our volts thank you. On Android 9 it works almost flawlessly only having hiccups when resuming after the car has been power cycled sometimes. Nothing closing and reopening the program does not solve
