This app allows the user to check their balance, recharge with a pin and store their account list locally on the phone.
This app uses your phone's data connection to retrieve requested information. Utilize your phone's Wi-Fi capabilities and connect to familiar networks whenever you're in range. This way you can freely download big files and stream as much as you want without having to worry about using data. As long as your phone is on Wi-Fi, it's not on 3G.

This is a very barebones, very outdated app, which fails to do literally anything you would expect it to do. No data usage readout, no in-app payments, and a UI that looks like it's from the Android 2 days. Don't go into this expecting any features one would expect from a carrier's app, because it lacks all of them. I've already had a bad time getting my service activated, and now I come to find out just how bad the app is... How unfortunate. Edit: Avoid h2o like the plague. Bad service overall.
Great app, you can see the transactions and data (quota) of the high speed limit. It can take you to the autopay and allow you to add credit. Even if doesn't look modern, it works and that is what matters for me.
This app doesnt look good at all. It even says its for older version of android on my phone when i tried to open it. Can you come up with something with a nicer look and you can do more like seeing your data usage in real time like the one with MINT MOBILE. This looks too cheap
I can't load this BS* app to recharge on their own 4G network connection. If I had enough data I may not open this app. Totally useless app like their worst service. Even their own apps or webpage doesn't load on their unlimited data plan. Moving to another service so I can live peacefully..
The app leaves alot to be desired. Simple account management should be available such as data usage, due dates, plan choice, promotions, etc. Furthermore the app is outdated based on the latest version of Android. Come on H2O. Service is good but app needs to match!!!
Oh no. App doesn't say how many days of service are left, current plan, next date to recharge, data usage, data left. No payment options. It's in serious need of work.
The most annoying thing is repaying your bill. All the website does is keep you going in circles looking for ways to add a different debit card. Everything is bugged out. How is it this company is even still around and they cant update their system!? 2017?? the last update??? sounds like someone just gettin paid to do nuthin and the owners could careless.
Its slow and outdated! And there was higher standards for picture quality back in the 90's. Needs updated or thrown out and remade by a professional not middle school kids
As soon as I opened the app the first time, a warning window pops up and tells me that it is explicitly for an older version of Android. Uninstalling.
this app seriously needs to be updated. this app was built for an older version of andriod and it shows. i understand that h2o isn't nearly as big as a mvno as any of the tracfone companies, but they should at least consider making this app more user friendly.
2nd time trying to get h20 wireless app and only get what says is for an older version... Very disappointing.
i love how you can purchase a sim card for $10. ans you get a whole entire month service plan that usually xost $30. for $10 you get 6gb of lte free text and free phone service and new number .
Very frustrating, this is the center of robot calls. I regret that I ever had to sign up to such wireless service .

Primitive. That about sums this app up in one word. A necessary evil if you have H2O. They haven't touched this app since 2017 and it shows.
It allows paying for a phone line. But the website works so much better and does so much more.
App needs to be updated, it doesnt work on samsung galaxy note 9 android 2019.

Mexican woman who is the operator is very rude to the customer. I have been a customer so long and Mexican disrespect me. Asking her about the price of a iPhone , my phone not working properly so I said I would buy one . Mexican workers are very disrespectful to people on a whole. The management need to get rid of them because of the bad behavior. It happen Saturday 10/26/19. She could explain to me but she slam down the phone. Very disrespectful. Very sad. I will go somewhere else.

Lets get this out of the way: H2O's service is fine. The value is good and it uses AT&T towers, so as long as your area has good AT&T coverage, this is a good MVNO to consider. That said, this app is very barebones and not pleasant to look at. Frankly, it comes across as a lone programmer's side job with no one skilled in UI/UX to help ensure that the app has a professional look and feel. While it does what it sets out to do adequately, the presentation doesnt exactly exude quality.
