The basic login function does not work properly. Whenever i try to re-login after changing my password, the system always says invalid ID or Password. Initially i thought it was my error, but by now (i tried to reset over 4 times already and i even make notes of my passwords) i'm 100% sure this is system bug. Not giving one star as other basic functions still working properly.
Anyone can help? I can not do any transaction (transfer, online purchase, etc) it says "Account Status is Not Normal". I was not like this before.
I cannot register my account. it says, "Customer didn't read to the end of the General Terms and Conditions. Please click it again after read and understand all condition".
Worst MOBILE BANKING. STUPID KOREA BANK. Can't print Account statement. Ask to go to branch. Branch said can't, but hotline said can. STUPID KOREAN BANK and staff
Did LLG transfer, failed after 2 days waiting. And another 2 days my refund still not done now. Really a bad experience.

I'm using Nexus 6P with Nougat and was hoping can use this mobile banking app but alas MyHana mobile banking app does not compatible with Nougat yet. So please make this works like other MB apps! When I contacted KEB Hana bank CS, they were extremely responsive despite some very annoying dropped call. But Hilda was very helpful so 5 stars for her. Please update it ASAP. Edit, Thanks for updating even thought it took so long. You mixed bahasa on what's new, ouch. ☺

Simple and friendly UI. The only thing that should be improved should be Fingerprint security for login and other crucial transaction such as transfer or online payment.
