It keeps saying a new version is available and says to click on a link to download the new app. Click it and it brings me here and there isnt an update or new app to download. So i click open and it just does the same thing. Please fix this issue..
Does not work, says update available but when I go to update the app I get sent back to the same page. Website also does not work for logins. What a waste of time
Every time I try to open the app it says there's a newer version and takes me back to the play store but there's nothing to update or download >:(
DOESN'T WORK! Cannot even login because it immediately says I have no WiFi connection when I DO. Tried turning off WiFi and using data and it STILL claims there is no server/connection. The website to request access to My Health Portal doesn't work either! I just want to find a good plan and in network doctors but none of it works.
Registration error pop up & health portal application process is a neverending cycle. Tried multiple times & closed browser. Unable to access myhealthbutton app. Used login I use for other services. This could've been useful if the UI wasn't so complicated.

Has told me to update and won't. Have removed and reinstalled, still not working.
Was great until now. Everytime I try to use the app it says an update is available yet I have it up to date.
Downloaded and when I tried to open it it says there is an update click on that and it takes you back to open viscous circle
I downloaded this app because I thought it was going to be convenient. Boy, was I wrong. I was more annoyed than anything. It wouldn't send me a PIN and tried 5+ times on both the app and online. This app is a great idea, but what's the point if it can't work correctly. I know I'm not the only negative review.
I have to change my password and pin no. everytime I try to enter,I accadentlly signed out , tried my nes pin no. it said I had the wrong pin and would have to get a new one.this is a repeated action everytime I try the site. Also my health records are not up to date.It's like I don't have anything recorded It is useless to me. Janet Cook
Worst piece of garage app ever. Everytime I get on it says my password is wrong so everytime I have to reset my password, it's BS, this is the 14th time and I'm done so done. Really wish they would fix this. Like I could literally reset my password it lets me in and 5 min later use the same password and it says it's wrong and locks my account.

well even after putting all my info and stuff and have a account my id still gets declind for no reason what so ever. whats the point on having a app for people if they cant even get into it to check on benefits or there card.
i see alot of negative posts i thougt so too at first. You must request access for this app from the state website from a computer! then you can login with your username and password

Useless keep telling me i havent completed myhealthportal registration. Myhealthportal registration is complete. Cant even get into this app to see if its useful or not.
Says there is a new version, click to download latest version. Says I have latest version. Takes me back to the beginning of said process
When I open the app and it checks for updates- it says I need to update but there is no update....
Horrible, Disgusting Experience! Every time I think I found the worst app, I discover an even worse one!

Keeping intune with your health is very important what better way to acheave that but through this ap.
This app is a cylindrical redundancy. It doesn't work no matter what.
Stuck on "Authenticating...", then times out. Cannot access.
It keeps saying I didn't complete my registration, I did, so I uninstalled the app
The app can be slow sometimes, but it's ok.
Would be 5 Stars if they would add finger print log in.
The app is difficult to use, MDHHS makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to change account information, and they're nearly impossible to contact. If you ever move to a new town outside of your previous plan's range, don't expect to have health insurance without first balancing on an elephant's trunk while juggling fire. Actually, that would be even easier than navigating the state of Michigan's Healthcare system.
