I was told to download this app for insurance purposes at work. So, being the person I am I did so, the next step was to take a survey to which I started to fill out once I reached the end I am required to add my phone number, adding the number and tapping the save button only results in the app closing and I am unable to complete this as this action is the only thing it will do when adding my number. I tried to input it using dashes between the area code with no luck.
Noticed there was a new connection with Google Fit, which is exciting! Just wish there was a way to connect Samsung Health!
Honestly just a garbage app. I'm using it for a health initiative through my employer, and nothing seems to work correctly. Half the time it won't import data from supported apps and entering it manually is a nightmare as it won't let you input anything without issues either. And it's not just the Android version, I tried the iPhone version also, it's just as bad.
I was told by my work to get this app. It's, to put simply, clunky. It often stops working in the middle of me trying to use it and will refuse to work unless I turn my phone off and back on. The plugging in of activities and food takes a long time. And it wants me to do the math of calories. I don't count calories, I honestly don't care to. You want them.... you should be able to have that algorithm in your app. It has potential... but it needs smoothing out. They should try to make it fun.
Ugh, need for my work insurance but the app crashes during the survey where you enter your phone number, the very last thing. Must be a way to prevent giving employees a discount on insurance making it a requirement to take the survey then make it impossible to complete the survey.
The food tracker part of the app is awful. Very slow, can't find some basic foods. Editing a food search item is buggy such that the text gets jumbled so one has to delete the entire search term and start again. The app is very slow to search and locate exercises. Overall the app so-so with some rather big usability issues.
Why doesn't this app support Samsung products? Very frustrating!
App and Website DO NOT WORK!!! Entered numbers 3x for a work challenge, and Myfitnesspal, and either nothing saved or the numbers make no sense. You can't edit anything, can't save anything to favorites and just get constant errors on the website. I thought I had everything squared away but got another email (from work) this morning that nothing saved. Completely useless.
Says to sign up, email is "optional" BUT IT'S NOT!!!! The "create account" button won't activate unless you add an email address! Plus, it won't let you read the terms and conditions. BEWARE!! This app is not to be trusted! It's deceptive from the start and made by a bunch of freakin' liars!
This app is garbage. You can't actually attach any device you have to use a seperate app and coonecr it to this app. It seems nothing goes into this app still once either apps are connected so you still have to add everything manually. Worthless app and more of a headache than a convenience
Horrific interface. When adding activities, the keyboard disappears after every letter typed. FAQ links take you to the website, which then point you back to other areas of the app. I'm being paid to use this app and I don't want to use it.
Had worked great from July until the other day. It wouldn't recognize my log in which I had written down and entered correctly. Went to the website logged in fine. Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling, and now seems to be working again.
This app needs a lot of work. It's so time consuming to have it not sync with Samsung health. The entering of food needs to be reworked and simplified. Let users create and save commonly eaten recipes. Update it and I'll change my rating.
The app is not very user friendly. It will not connect to the pedometer that is already installed on my Android phone (Google Pixel 3). I don't want to have to go back & forth between apps to enter in information for work challenges. The app should have a pedometer already in it.
Love the convenience of having my biometrics right at my finger tips. Plus I love the feature that allows me to take a photo of my blood pressure reading and it automatically records it- so easy!
Can't integrate directly with Samsung health, have to have a third party add strewn trash app(underarrmor my fitness) so I can log my dailys. Also uncertain if it's the previously mentioned app or this one, it doesnt update in real time and sometimes it misses whole days.
It is not so user friendly for android users as it only integrates apple health, Fitbit and other apps like withings. Integration with Samsung health would be a great addition as I now have to add my activites manually. Feel like being forced to buy apple watch (and an iPhone) to get most out of my company provided benefits. Update : Your support team just told me that the app does not integrate with Samsung health.
Health360 is not user friendly for Android users. It does not sync to LG health or Samsung Health. I have a Samsung GearFit2 Pro watch which is not compatible with Health360. My steps are not being tracked along with other health updates which means I am missing out on credits from my company. I feel like I'm order to make the most of the app I will be FORCED to spend money on an additional smart watch.
It would be a good feature if the app could count the steps from the system pedometer. Manual entry is causing a lot of people to enter unrealistic numbers in a challenge.
It worked great last year, in 2021. The 2022 version does not work. It won't connect with any of my apps that count steps, exercise time, food/calories, water per day, nothing. Whatever changed in the 2022 update ruined a great app. I guess I'll have to manually enter my info into the app daily because I have to use this useless app for my insurance at work. I wish the 2021 version could be restored. This app is a huge waste of time.
