When the app is "functional", it does not do any of the features beyond checking to see if it the modem is up (speed checks, device lists...) When it doesn't work, it sends you to a log-in page, and that does not let you log in

Not connected to wifi? Really? I just downloaded the app! Useless. unless you know a secret I don't, this app is a waste of space.

Functionally Dysfunctional! When it works, it's not bad but still quite confusing figuring out where the parental controls are, how to change various router settings, etc. I have to agree with others though: I can't even use the app right now because it can't find my modem! And I'm using the WiFi it's providing! Worse, the web interface doesn't provide same options!

Unable to log in. I had to replace my modem and with the new one setup just as the old one. I go to login using my wifi password like I did previously, but it just keeps saying "App user cannot be found! Please try again" i have tried doing a full reset and seeing it up again, but with no success.

the application simply doesn't work. my ISP provided this piece of machinery and, it keeps claiming I have no internet connection at least, through the app itself. I know it works oh, I know I have internet connection because, I'm using that router/modem type this on my mobile device. when going through the troubleshooting section, I see my modem available. this app, is simply broken.

This app stinks. Most of the time we have to "reboot" (unplug) our modem to get the danged app to connect. One use and it won't connect again. If I could give it negative stars, I would just because of the frustration it had caused. Great concept. Useless app.

Not sure if its possible to give zero stars. App is garbage. Doesn't connect to my modem. Tech support said I needed a laptop hardwired to the modem. Doesn't make any sense. Why would an app be available for my mobile device if I can't use it. Do not waste your time downloading.

Did not connect to my modem. It then asks me to contact technical support but no contact info provided. Even if I do get it connected the experience so far does not inspire confidence especially given other reviewers issues with the app.

Anyone having issues with it connecting to your modem you will need to contact your ISP. They will have to enable specific MIB entries for the app to work with it. They may also have their own version for you to use.

There are no troubleshooting steps and the application will not connect to the router. I really wish this application was more like my old linksys one. Maybe I should just switch back to using it.

This app needs some serious work. I can not see any of my currently connected devices. It's like they used to show up, but not anymore. I used to love the convenience of this app but now, not so much. Needs a serious update and overhaul and this is coming from someone who hardly leave poor reviews.

App doesn't even start up at all on Wi-Fi. Tried running the app on Cellular data first and picked the right modem, switching to Wi-Fi but that didn't help either.

Too many times (like 3 times a week) my app will not connect to my modem even thought I'm on WiFi and have service.. then after a useless troubleshoot it tells me to contact technical support but does not say how I go about this..

Crashes when on wifi. App will open when I'm on mobile data but as soon as I switch to connect to wifi the app crashes. It won't even start up if I'm on wifi. I have the hitron-CODA and android droid turbo 2.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I can't even fkn log into the app with my wifi password. Just says its incorrect. Even though I put for it to keep my logged in🙄 it logged me out randomly.

total garbage..standing right in front of my hitron modem/router, it does not detect at all..2.4ghz nor 5ghz..was looking forward to see what features the app has.. maybe something useful but now we will never know.

complete garbage. You all have a contract with sparklight, I would thnk you could afford to hire someone that can create an app that works. I installed it both on my phone and computer and in both cases the app wouldnt open. Get it together and fix your app given the monopoly you have with sparklight.

As other reviewers have said, this app is not connecting, when clearly my phone and all other items are connected. I was hoping to change the name of the app and password, alas i can not

Paused all kids devices for the 6 hours they should be asleep, and now none of the devices will reconnect and I cant get the app to connect again. Worked perfectly until I paused devices.

This app has only allowed me to connect to my modem once. every time it keeps needing me to trouble shoot and it will not connect. so now I can not unpause things that i have paused.

Doesn't work on Android. Wifi works throughout the house, but the App continues to fail over and over. Fix the app plz.

Terrible. The app just keep crashing and can't even pass the connecting phase. The most unreliable app ever.

Says it doesn't work with my new hitron router, I chose this router because it is suppose to work with this app. Will change review and rating if fixed.

App loads when connected to data. Connect to wifi and have to restart the app. While connected to wifi, app crashes apon loading

Useless.. Besides waiting and trying several times. Doesn't connect to hitron and troubleshooting ends with contact customer support. Well, the balls in your court (MyHitron) do you have an answer?

POS! App closes every single time I open it. Tried to uninstall, force stop and restart my phone. Does not even deserve 1 star cause I have no idea what the app is even like.
