The updates are nice, easy to use. Last 2 days though lots of experiencing login failures 😪 the app is being so slow. Everything else is working fine on my phone.
Doesn't work, continously displays login failure with message our servers are down try again later. Day after day after day... 3/24/22 Update, the glitch has been fixed and the app is working correctly now.
It feels like you are deliberately making it hard to contact primary care/clinic just to follow up or if we have questions about a recent visit. Other apps let you send a message to the care team but here you have no option but setup an appointment. This makes us resort to calling but then we are put on hold for such a long time with an infuriating elevator music. You're pretty good at collecting payments though.
3/23. Updated to 5 stars. Issue was resolved, thank you! Works great again. Previous rating: was great until the most recent update. Now it's been saying for 4 days the server is down for maintenance.
This app was great until last night when it updated. I used to be able to see my upcoming scheduled appointments but now I can only schedule. I also used to be able to see my labs but everything's gone. I hope they bring those options back otherwise this app is useless.
Hard to navigate...have to sit for awhile and figure it out. Wish there was an easier version.
wont let me log in with my fingerprint or with my password, keeps going right back to the same screen saying my session timed out. didnt know it could time out in .00001 seconds. please fix so I can check my son's upcoming appointment, so much faster then sitting on the phone for half an hour just to confirm a time. I thoght this app was a good idea for health partners but not when I cant even log in. pointless.
I thought this would be useful for quickly making and checking my appointments and results, but I can't even load it past the login screen. I went to a browser and logged in fine, so I know the username and password are correct and I'm using the right case sensitivity, it just keeps giving one of those unhelpful "something went wrong" errors that doesn't even really tell you what happened.
What happened to our graphs on lab work? Use to be able to see graphs and compare from previous lab results .can you please bring it back. There's no comparison now
The app takes some getting used to. It's a bit quirky. I don't like that the home page icon appointment button changes (seemingly randomly) from New appointment to Next appointment. But the app is pretty robust, and does get me what I need most of the time. I love the biometric login, much easier to use that way.
This is built by engineers without customer-facing experience. Could be so smooth but instead is clunky and not intuitive. I can help you...
Much better than Mayo's app. Easy scheduling. Very convenient. I'm not saying switch your health network based on an app, but if their apps are this good try to tell me it doesn't say something about their other services or medical technologies in general. Partner for life.
Can't get logged in on mobile app.it keeps telling me that the system is down for maintenance. Really three days.
This app is very easy to use. The interface is simple and easy to comprehend at a glance. You can add appointments to your calendar with a tap, and schedule appointments for any specialty/health concern within minutes. Additionally, you can easily reference past appointments, including the appointment summary and notes. Four stars because i have experienced glitching that prevented my being able to schedule an appointment through the app, instead I had to call. no big deal :)
Not optimized for my device. The boxes and words, etc are set up for a browser but evidently not my Android device. Additionally, this somehow means I cannot easily send a message to health partners to ask about missing test results, etc. I can send messages, but really only to my doctor, which isn't always who I need to talk with. Otherwise the stuff is there - I am able to view my past medical records, which is certainly handy!
I miss mychart. This app doesn't show lab results in a useful format like a table or trend like mychart did. It also doesn't show the lab standard for over half of my results, i can't tell what numbers are good or bad. I have to hunt for old test results and make a table the old fashioned way. I also cannot schedule lab tests or even see what has been ordered. I'm back to calling all of the time.
Ever since we were forced to go to the new myHP app I can't get any notifications. I would get them just fine with My Chart app. When I go in and hit the notification bell icon I am assuming to customize my notifications it just spins and spins then times out. And I made the mistake of uninstalling the My Chart app and reinstalling and the notifications are gone and I can't even go in to fix them. How can I get these on the myHP app so I know when things happen like test results or appointments?
Designed by people who never have to schedule a visit to the Doc. Unwieldy, forcing answers to pre-set questions into pre-set boxes. Frustrating every time I try it. But it's either use the very frustrating app, or stay on hold for an hour while waiting to speak with a human. Terrible.
Can't do all the things you can do using internet browser. Everything else is fine. Maybe harder to navigate for non technical people
Very hard to find basic information. Appears designed to inhibit scheduling. Whoever designed this interface should be embarrassed. Terrible job.
Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments for labs, check ups and/or specialty departments is easy through this app. Receiving and reading test results or messages from your doctor is great. Only thing I miss from the Park Nicollet app is the Low/High indicator for lab results. In that app, abnormal results were highlighted. I wish that was part of this app.
I really like the convenience of being able to request reimbursements, receive lab test results, and send messages to providers. More often than I would like, the fingerprint ID function of the app does not allow access and I unintentionally lock myself out. I'm not sure how to remedy the fingerprint reader issue.
I have been a long time user of MyCharts to manage healthcare for my entire family. Looks like we are forced on this app now. The new UI and functionality is a steep downgrade from what it used to be. I can only manage myself now. The only option for kids are results. I cannot do anything else for them and the UI is clunky in terms of navigation. Most all functionality is redirected to the browser. Certainly the reason MyCharts was decommissioned was cost but this app is going 10 versions back
This app is very useful for scheduling appointments, receiving any messages from your health care provider whether it be appointment reminders or test results. This app has been very useful especially during Covid-19 to limit possible exposure with having to go meet with doctors. They give you the option with most appointments to have a video call visit which is a great option for people who choose not to leave the house because of Covid or people who can't because they are infected with Covid.
Works well for the most part. It makes it more convenient to view messages from the "inbox" or to look at test results, which is pretty handy. One issue I did run into is that when I tried scheduling an office visit with my PCP, I got a "json status: Error" message. I have to use the website instead to schedule.
The app is about as poorly designed as possible while still being functional. Viewing lab results is about the only thing that is convenient but making appointments is hard and contacting your doctor is impossible through the app. Being able to chose your doctor in the app is completely pointless I'm going to the same doctor that already knows me and if I need to see anyone ASAP regardless if they are my primary doctor there is no way to select for this. Only use it because I have no choice.
Credentials to use for the website don't work for the app I found out the app is case sensitive for the username the website is not. Secondly there are no notifications of upcoming appointments or a new appointment or a new message. I have all my notification settings turned on and I just got an appointment and a message and the app didn't do anything
