Stuck in a registration loop. Tells me to register, enter information, submit, takes me back to registration page. App isn't outdated - downloaded it from the store 5 minutes ago.
Absolutely garbage, I try to sign in it says I have an account. I select use existing account it takes me to the registration page again. Same cycle over and over. When I get to the main menu after like 4 to 5 attempts. Using Andriod phone Completely up to date, and a fresh installation of this app. (7/2021) In response to your reply. Addressing my issue five months later telling me I am using an outdated version us poor customer service. I can't use an outdated version if it was the only one.
Have not been able to log in at all. Message says experiencing technical difficulties. So far, pretty useless. I also notice that the developer hasn't responded to the many complaints about the app. Sure hope the coverage is better than the app!
Can't even log in to the front page. Taking forever to load
I cannot get to the sign in page. When I open the app, it wants me to use my finger to sign in. I never set that up so I press cancel to get to the manual sign in page but instead I get knocked out of the app altogether. Very annoying 😒
Won't let me login. Tells me I have to put in my one time verification code that they will email to me. Open email on my phone, get the code and come back to this app only for it to have kicked me out back to the main page. Now its sending me a new one time code. Same thing happens again.
Tried two different devices, reset password etc etc but nothing works. No way to actually sign in to the app once everything is set up
When i want to sign in it freezes a lot and it doesnt let me sign in. I will keep it for a couple hours just to c if anyone contacts me but if not i will delete it. It just doesn't work. Worse app. Ever
Just like everyone else has said; unable to log in once signed up. And yes, I deleted and re-downloaded the app. It just doesn't work. Fix it or pull it from the app store until you do.
It tries to register me again and again, and can't get past that screen, then when I cancel, I have to log in again, then the registration screen again. Retarded app.
I don't know if its the app or the website but I keep getting stuck on the loading screen after entering my user and pass and clicking log in. I waited five minutes and it was still "loading".
I sign in to my account and take me to registration, what's up with that! Total garbage!
Can not log on. I am registered, it recognized me however it if I hit sign in, it takes me right back to sign in page. Uninstalled!!
Registration is broken. It's still broken. No sign in allowed without creating multiple accounts.
Trying to register, app hangs in the same place every time. Uninstalling. Android 10, Galaxy S9.
I don't understand why people gave this app **....it's redicoulus. Very nice 👍👌😁 app. Had no problem to download ,sign up... And all the information and helps right there . I gave them 👍👋🤗😘
Can't sign in, verification code needed. If you leave the app to get verification code it resets.
I had issues with the app initially but called support and it's been working fine for over a year.
All the dentist have the same number. Every time I click something I have to restart my search from the beginning.
Had no issues registering and logging in, app works fine for me.

Completely stuck at the registration loop. Looks like they don't do anything to help people either. The whole point of an add is the convenience of doing it yourself. Not so I can be on the phone with a rude customer service agent for 45 minutes.
